    This is very great and what I need to know. I have done exercises weight lift and boxing I am in my 40s years old woman and got injured in my elbow (tennis elbow) it's been 4 months I have visited doctor and did ultrasound therapy, laser therapy (all hot therapy) but it's still not recovered totally made me had to stop boxing... What should I do? Any advice,? Thank you

      Ice baths and hot treatment work wonders. Have you tried icing the injury after sparring/exercising when it flares up?

    I once had an elbow injury which i was told would recover in a week but it took 3 months to fully heal

    Recovery as we age. Should we do anything differently if we are over 50?

      It depends on your personal fitness level. Main thing is too listen to your body and know your own limitations.

      @@NurseSarahJeffries apologies. I forgot to say that i appreciated the rest of the video. I've recently started charging my phone in a different room at night as the radio waves can inhibit your melatonin production.
