This was my favorite Shabbat Prep video to film thus far. It's so nice and peaceful and relaxing. Hope you guys all enjoy watching it as well. Thank you all so much for all your well wishes after last weeks video. Thankfully I'm doing much better this week.
Recipes:
Lamb soup:
2 lamb steaks
Whole onion
2 celery stalks,
carrots
parsnip
2 large potatoes
Season with 4 bay leaves, s/p, garlic powder, cumin, coriander and chicken consome.
Cook for 2 hours.
Stuffed Vegetables Recipe:
2 cups ground beef
3/4 Cup short grain rice
1 tomato shredded
1 onion shredded
1 apple shredded
In a pot, place 1/4 cup of oil, bones, small can of tomato sauce. Fill with stuffed vegetables. Add water till half way through to the top. Cook for 1.5 hours.
Osvo Overnight Stew Recipe:
Grate:
1 carrot, 1 apple, 1 onion, and 1 tomatoes.
Add 1/4 cup of oil to pot and above ingredients. 1 small can of tomato sauce Add 2 cups rice, lamb bones and 4-5 cups of water. Season with 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp chicken consome. Cook for 12 hours on low flame.
Truffle Mayo Salmon Recipe:
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbpn truffle oil
2 tbspn greens
1 tbspn garlic
Salt
Paprika
Fish seasoning
Bake covered @ 400F for 25-30 minutes

Hi Sonya! I made your deli roll today and it was really good! I used Everything but the Bagel seasoning because I didn't have plain sesame and it was great! I'm Theravada Buddhist and I'm happy to learn about your traditions and I really like your recipes! So far we made your eggplant salad and your mayo and garlic salad dressing
