I'm currently using the Surecans but noticed the same issues you mentioned. I love my 5 gallon Surecan but want to switch to the No Spill for my mixed this year. Thanks for an honest review and have a great 2021 season!
Just have some old beat up cans i got from my grandpa before he passed on a few years back. Same cans i used since i was a kid mowing his lawn lol. Except for 2 that the nozzles broke on they work just fine.
still no spill all day, all the way. best can since the straight pour before all of the "safety" cans 10 years ago. even better, actually. the 5 gallons have the rear handle, so no awkwardness when filling machines. yep, it can be heavy when full, but that's why God Created arm day 🤣
I’m with you on your opinions..I like the no spill can for 2 cycle mix also..the sure can could be ok for straight gas but I’m concerned about that bottom spout leaking at some point..I have one 5 gallon sure can..but I have 3 no spills of each size and frankly I like them better.
Nice vid! With the sure can don’t leave it in the sun because it comes out like a rocket and gets everywhere. The no spill is great but the spout could be a little longer.
I like using the metal gasoline gas cans i started with plastic gas cans eventually i enjoyed the metal can above all, jerry metal cans i find them. Cheap and like them also
Tony's Lawn Care , i also do metal recycling ( scrap metal) so i find the around $ 5 to 10 dollars 👍. I made a quick video of the sticker you send me when you have time check it out ☺
We have been using the old school BLITZ cans( 2 gal and 5gal with the fixed 8" black spouts and yellow caps) You cant find these anymore so, I hope we don't ever loose them lol.... If I where you and wanted to mix the 2.5 gal oil mix, then I would add 2 - 2.5 gal mix into a 5 gal can then transfer into your 2+ gal can.
Same here Buddy Boy!!! I got 2 large ones and 1 small one and I guard them with my life!!! Great video Tiggy,Tiggy,Tiggy Tony!!!! Dirty Jersey out y'all!!!!
@NWlawnDog Fo Sho!!!! Now, I don't have the need to re fuel multiple times a day, but I can't see myself using anything but those. I guard them with my life!!! My one little 1gal., is over 22 yrs. old!!! Hope all is well bud!!!
Still using an eagle plastic 2.5 gallon for mix...it has a vent and a rubber plug in the spout......for regular fuel I have a 15 gallon tank mounted in the bed of the truck
I know the sure cans are popular but for over $50 I'll stick with the no spills I can get 2 no spills for the price of one sure can and I waste no gas at all.
Weak SureCan spout on an expensive container. I have two of the 5 gallon SureCan containers that I have not had long. The spout is a weakness for these. One spout broke at the attachment after only a few uses and I am the only one using it. The cost of a replacement is outrageous at about $12.00 shipped from SureCan. SureCan, never again.
My 2 1/2 gallon No Spill can will not stop automatically when filling my Honda lawnmower and the tank overflows. Other Honda lawnmower owners have the same problem. So much for no spill.
@@tonyslawncare Yes. I think they are 6 gal. I use them for everything. Mower, truck, sxs, they have a vent, flexable hose, and they don't blow up like the other new style cans.
SureCanUSA I wish I would have known. My 2 gal broke at the base of the nozzle after a year and half. Ordered one off eBay. This was on the first run of them. The new nozzle had a different fitting well actually no fitting around the elbow. Maybe it will hold up better. I like them pretty good over all. But in reality all these new plastic gas cans of today need a vent port on them. My 5 gal sure can will crumble like a pretzel in the heat and when it does it takes a day or two sometimes for it to take shape back. So I got some of those little yellow plastic vent ports. I’m thinking about drilling a hole in the fill cap on them and putting the vent in there.
@@jew0182 Shoot, glad you got a replacement though. We did have some issues with the metal clamp on the old spout so we revamped it! hope its all good for you now.

They are a great product for sure
thanks bro. I'll go with no spill for the 2-stroke and Sure Can for 5-gallon. Great video.
Hey buddy check out fuelworx gas cans in some of my newer videos too

My favorite now for 5 gallons is called fuelworx they can empty 5 gallons in 60 seconds

Oh yeah for sure they both shoot like a rocket for me when in sun its toasty here in ga
Thanks for posting this. Was wondering if the sure can held pressure.
No Spill all the way. I don't like having a gasket at bottom of a tank that has the possibility to leak fuel when in storage with the other tank.
That is something to think about although ive had mine a couple years no issues
I’m keeping the milk jug days alive! 🤘🏻🏁☠️
Lol i hear ya
That’s all people used in my family when I was a kid in the 80’s ! Lol
With the sure can don't wait till it's full b4 you stop it! Common sense!
I agree bro have you seen my videos on fuelworx?
You right bro!

I really like the Garage Boss Press 'N Pour cans for my mix gas. Sitll using a Blitz 5 gal though.
Never heard of those
Thank you. Great review!
Thanks for watching
@@tonyslawncare Which would you recommend for having in your trunk in case you run out of gas? Or neither?
I use sceptre cans with the no spill type nozzle. They work great and are cheap.
Thanks for the input buddy
Those are total garbage!
Fortunate enough to have a 5 gal, 2 gal and 1 gal blitz cans. Hate that they got sued out of existence.
Hang on to them for dear life haha
My 2 1/2 gallon No Spill can will not stop automatically when filling my Honda lawnmower and the tank overflows. Other Honda lawnmower owners have the same problem. So much for no spill.
Check out fuelworx too
I like the VP race can for my mower fuel and the 1 1/4 gal no spill for my mixed gas.
Those vp huge ones?? They look like your about to do something serious haha

@@timpetrak4780 They leak like crazy though.
Does the no spill leak in hot temperatures?
It does swell some but leaks dont seem to be an issue and im in ga so its hott here in summer
No Spill for me. I just hate it blows up like a balloon in the hot sun.
Yeah they all do that except the metal ones
The spout broke on my surecan in less than 1yr any idea where to get replacement one
Im sure you could contact them via there website
@@tonyslawncare Hit us up and we can send you a replacement spout for free.

Tony's Lawn Care Awesome can, only drawback is the cap isn’t tethered
I will only use metal cans, been using for years, no safety bull crap and they dont break
Which brand?
@@tonyslawncare I'll have to look but tractor supply and ace hardware carry them. They pour fast too
Advice: stop using stihl oil it will ruin ur equipment.
I love stihl equipment but their two stroke oil is just bad. Just swapped to echo red armor.
Thanks for the input
I’ve had a lot of problems w no spill nozzles. Still the best can out there but frustrating
Check out fuelworx too ive got vids on them
I still like the surecan the best
I prefer neither one.......justrite type 2 can is the best
Check out fuelworx too i have videos on my channel
No spill is the move for 2 stroke
Also consider fuelworx too!
No spill for me I tired sure can and didn't like it. To slow for me I don't have all day to fill my equipment Lol
Lol nothing is as fast as those old blitz ones
no spill here other one got to many places it can leak down the road
Thats a good thought sure can seems thicker tho
those surcan gas canes SUCK! the internal plastic rod always brakes and comes apart from the valve inside
Check out my videos on the new fuelworx cans they are awesome!
Love my no spills
Me aswell buddy
SureCan all day!
They are great for sure
Um... "You know"
Oh yeah lol check out fuelworx cans they are my new favorite for 5 gallon ones
