This song cannot be sung easily live. studio recording is different. Only sp Bala sahab and ks chitra can attempt to sing it live.
See his live performance when he was young (90s) ... I am sure you will be confused, weather it was live or recorded in studio.

If age was a factor then Lataji & Ashaji wont have sung tough songs of AR Rahman in movies like Rangeela & Lagaan...Kumar sanu problem is his weight...His weight has affected his breath control..He is losing his breath due to standing long hours on stage

He sung this song like a gazal singer. High notes nowadays he can not sing. so in live performance he always he escapes. He even does not practice at home. Big problem is that he never listen to anyone. He thinks that he is the best. Yes he was best but now he is not up to the mark.

@K Ahmed. Sanu da is a true legend & a big star. he had his superb era in 90s. He is a born natural singer. he didnt took care of throat that time. but he is very disciplined these days and does routine practice n riyaz. He is a melodious singer and very capable even at the age of 60 he is very fit. U can not expect Salman khan to deliver like Nasiruddin Shah. As a person he is very clean hearted n daring as well.

He is very good live performer and one of the few who sing on the public demand as extempore. Not as new singers who do lip sync with a planned show. How come one can prepare n practice 20000 songs? Public can ask any one of them.
