Good attempt. The throw in SPB's vocals is so harmonic that makes him truly unique. The song like "Sun beliya" with Lata ji on stage in a testimony of this uniqueness

I did not look at the video whilst Suswaram was singing. It took me few seconds to realise that it was not revered SP Ji....SP ji cannot be replaced but Suswaram of course brings his memories back.....

All of the folks sang very beautifully. However, one of the things that I find missing nowadays is the throw of the voice. Sounding melodious and booming at the same time, is something that was commonplace in almost every singer in the yesteryears.
Absolutely 👍 We see throw of voice is pretty much lacking these days while watching youngsters singing.
True, when legends like SPB sir sing, the entire auditorium gets filled by their voice and still they sound very melodious with perfect dynamics. I think the reason for this is most of the singers are going for nasal tones, head voice, falsetto forgetting the natural tone and voice projection. The right balance between voice modulations and projection, harkaths, dynamics and also lyric clarity is needed. Also over stylized singing is not good as well.

Anirudh is an IIT graduate or postgraduate. He sings very well. SPB Ji is an absolute legend not just in singing but as a human being. His passing is a great loss to Bharat. Finally (as a Tamilian from Kerala) a tribute to Telugu It is one of the most beautiful languages spoken by humans.
