Spring Break 2012: WM McNeilus FEL w/ phillipk128

I was finally able to meet up with Phil (phillipk128) and film him helping over in Barberton. The city is collected on Mondays by Waste Management, and takes over 25 trucks from two yards plus any help sent that way. The city is entirely manual as well. You can literally film a different truck around every corner, so be sure to keep an eye open for trucks in the background. I have another video of Phil to post so stay tuned. Thanks! Sure was, this place is a filmer's paradise!! This summer I want to commit a full day to filming here, as there is literally a different truck around every corner, with a decent amount of varity as well

Yard waste is not collected within 45 miles from anywhere around my house period. And recycle was thru earlier that morning... The Wittke at the beginning was actually running recycle

Yessir, awesome indeed. A massive opperation for sure. Glad you liked the video, and every WM Truck in the area is Mack with the excetpion of about 5 roll-off's from Canton... A couple Freightiners and a couple Sterlings. And I will be sure to tell him so!

I like those trucks. In Ontario where i worked we use back packers with a split...Garbage on the big side & organics on the small side.
We are only allowed one container of garbage per week. With a 50 pound weight limit.
We have unlimited recycle & organics collection.
Why do they do the whole city on the same day?? Where i worked,we were in the same city 5 days a week. We had 7split trucks 7 straight pack recycle trucks and two spares.

Oh man one 50 pound can woudnt cut it for people here lol. Were you guys running Universal Packers? The city has always been one one day and refuses to give it up for whatever reason... It would make sense to go to 5 days as they would get a better bid.. Glad you enjoyed the video!.

I Have never seen a trash truck with an attached box on the front before.. That is kind of odd in my opinion, just get dumpsters, automated barrels or automated trash carts.
