In this Anthony and Rose West Coast Swing sugar push lesson, you'll not only the basic steps of the Sugar Push but many different ways to dance it (such as the sugar tuck variation).

Trying to learn this for Lindy Hop (according my teacher it originated as a Lindy move) but their description of the middle two counts of the followers footwork was so confusing. Just watching her footwork is so much more helpful, thanks. Hopefully I can make it pass in Lindy. 😅
