Glad I can bring smile on all of your faces. Remember to keep practicing and together we can bring ling ling gang to the whole world. Go practice right now..... Otherwise I will kung pow your chicken!!!!!! ..... Actually I mentioned India there coz I am an indian lol🤣😂....
Couldn’t believe Ray can speak such fluent Chinese!!! He’s doing so much for the children....so admirable! Just can’t wait for him to return to SF. We miss you Ray!
It seems like Ray has realised that he can be a lightning rod to inspire new generations and really leaned into that. In Taiwan as well, which is an amazing country to call home. I like your authenticity throughout, and I try to embody that energy when I visit people and do my advocacy work. It’s very awesome.
ray says, 'sometimes it's most clear when the violin is not in your hand' and I say, ray doesn't even need a violin to make me feel amazing, what an incredible person! music is the most powerful thing humans have ever created and it helps bind us together, without borders, without race and often, without words.
I was fortunate to attended both the NSO concert and the master class, Ray was great at inspiring the younger musicians ! Thanks to Covid-19 Ray was able to stay in Taiwan longer and made real ❤ to ❤connection with Taiwanese people. looking forward to Ray's return for another great concert in January 2022.❤
❤inspiring the next generation and giving them wisdom of classical music! Yeah! Ray is so cool! ❤That’s why we love you 😘 陳鋭是個有大愛的音樂家! I am mostly listening to your music with my eyes closed, but I still have to say…OMG you’re so handsome!! 🤩
Really touching and warm documentary. I really like this master class. So much educational meaning and influence people who play music not only violin. I shouldn’t say that but due to the pandemic, Taiwanese can have you back to inspire more children and people through your music and lively performance.
I'm jealous! I plan to go back last year but the pandemic stopped me. I'm hoping to go back this year. Just seeing the music hall makes me so happy!
Mindful and grateful for all the effort, work, and sacrifice it took you to get to this level. Thank you. It is a joy to listen to and to watch you perform.
Ray you're wonderful! Looking forward to your recital at Weiwuying in June. ;) (I'm really glad that we're still able to go to concerts during the pandemic...)
A wonderful video. I hope Ray considers commissioning new work by Taiwanese composers, enriching both the modern violin repertoire and contributing to the development and promotion of Taiwanese culture.
This compilation is so heart warming and makes me nostalgic! I love how you took time and so humbly went back to your heritage and got whooped during the tea ceremony 😆😂. I am envious that you get to gather people for an in person concert and can cross the border into strict Taiwan during the pandemic-I am still waiting for my cousin to host his wedding reception to visit my extended relatives. You definitely got VIP treatment (and well deserved). Keep up the good work (& next time study the tea ceremony rituals hahaha)!
Thanks for sharing this, it looks like a wonderful trip. Good for the young musicians to get some tips and perform for a larger audience. It's so nice to see people attending a live concert.
Wow! I have never played, or held a violin, but man, these musicians are amazing. I am locked into their mastery and dedication to their craft. It is inspiring.
Damn I didn't know you could speak mandarin. I actually thought you're completele Australian, it's such a pleasure to see you still have such a bound with Taiwan.

Wow, this is the first time hearing Ray Chen speak Chinese! What a wonderful artist & teacher!
Couldn’t believe Ray can speak such fluent Chinese!!! He’s doing so much for the children....so admirable! Just can’t wait for him to return to SF. We miss you Ray!
Wow Ray's Mandarin is perfect. And he is very elaborate in what might be his secondary language, too.
Yo did I just miss this? Guess I was practicing

It’s soooo funny when they didn’t get your sense of humour as “tea-cher” 😂😂

I love how clearly you speak Mandarin.
Dang, wish I was in Taiwan to hear this. Loved your concert in SF a couple years ago. Go Taiwan!
First young man needs to spend some time with Ray chasing Aussie girls at the beach, having a few beers, and playing crazy video games.
Loved watching this!
Ray you are the sweetest guy!
I've never heard him speak Taiwanese. This is pretty cool!
It is actually Mandarin.
@@jyanneskye2535 he spoke one sentence of Taiwanese saying that he was a little bit thirsty XD
So happy I can watch this premiere during work! 😁 Never been this glad about having a lack of work to do!
I clicked on this there were 10 people waiting including myself 😂. Doesn’t start for four hours, that’s enthusiasm for you. I’ll be back 👋

A wonderful video. I hope Ray considers commissioning new work by Taiwanese composers, enriching both the modern violin repertoire and contributing to the development and promotion of Taiwanese culture.
rays voice become higher when he speaks mandarin haha
Speaking Mandarin is like that for most people😂
@@ailinyu6617 ya..i notice that alot haha
the enunciation is more towards the front of the mouth/nasal rather than at the back/throat so it will be naturally higher for almost everyone
I LOVE YOU RAY!!!!!! Wish you can go to my country Indonesia one day!!!!

Nice masterclass! Great idea to project the score on the screen. Allows those less familiar with the music to have a better visualisation of the flow.
Music is also a universal language ❤❤
Thanks for sharing this, it looks like a wonderful trip.

I have no direct comments, but this was a bangin video bro!
