The offensive guys that were pickled this draft was for Bobby slowik.. they could up traded up higher if they wanted JMS but Bobby wanted juice Scruggs hence why they got him
I'm so happy the Texans were able to steal this guy late in the second round!! Hes going to be perfect with LT at LT. then when pierce comes back our running game will be dangerous.. well actually i think our run game could be nice af with Devin Singletary until he comes back. then well have a 2 headed beast in the back field to help out CJ, along with an upgraded Line.. i still don't like their decision to trade up to 3rd and give them 4(but 3) SOLID PICKS to move up 9 picks!!!!! we could have got a stud DE , DT, CB, C, RG, S, or WR at 12!!! and then we could have gotten the C or Brian branch with the 34th pick. then maybe trade into the second round, but not giving up to much. Maybe like a second, a third, and a 3rd in 2024 if you really like a guy that's dropped down to the second round. Then just go after a guy you really like/need with that pick. seems like a much better game plan, that WOULD HAVE LEFT US
