Thank You! I have the same serger, and I am at time intimidated and frustrated with it. It is a great machine, and versatile, I need to use it more to overcome my fear. Your video is the best, now I feel I am on my way to better serging🤗🇨🇦
@@ashley0921 hey sorry to bother you. i'm trying to convert to a wide coverstitch (yellow left needle, blue right needle, violet). the diagram says thread the blue needle to the left, ie not via the upper looper route. Do I use the upper looper converter gadget (because i'm not using the upper looper)?. or leave it alone like the user manual says? or thread the upperlooper as normal and not thread it to the left? it's kind of complicated :D I'm guessing thread the blue to the left and not use the converter gadget on the upper looper
I actually have an video to upload of the coverstitch mode. I didn't do the video in landscape as I accidentally forgot which way to record...oops. I am still knew to taking videos and editing :) But I will get that posted shortly and I hope it helps!!
awesome I am happy you figured it out! It just takes patience in the end!!! When my computer wants to behave I will start uploading. I have had them recorded just need to upload :)
I'm surprised that you threaded the needles first. I thought the numbers on the colours is the indicator for which colour you thread first. ie blue then red etc.
