My mother sings this song in Spanish and she does wonderful job at it. Let’s get back singing the hymns of the church and praying for supernatural move of God Almighty. We love you Jesus and for give Paul Mason of sins and create in him clean heart and right spirit this morning of June 12-2022. A very good congregational hymn to sing, a standard of the church that will stand the test of time!
Unlike the new songs, the older songs only dealt with one thing at a time. The new songs sound like confessional that try to dealt with everything all at once. The old hymns took one theme and reiterated that theme in the chorus. They were focused. The new songs have you asking is this song praise, worshio, what are we doing? Not all, of course, but many not them lack that thematic unity of the older hymns. Just my opinion.

I love choirs and praise teams. But I really miss choirs singing hymns and congregational singing of the hymns...you know...from the old faithful hymnal books. There should be room for both. There is more than one way to PRAISE the LORD. HE is WORTHY of it ALL!!!
