The problem is not the fact that this man scammed them. The problem is that these people did not learn the industry and the field for themselves to be able to determine if he was talking real sense from an expert viewpoint. Saying, "Y'all not believing in yourself" and "You can make $100,000 in 90 days" is not specific, tangible information that a potential investor can use to check it against the current market's activities. You need to become a student of what you want to master later. That's the true issue with these types of scams.

How can people be so stupid. They heard 20 % return in 90 days and fell for it. Common sense should have told you that’s impossible. But you have people that just want profits on their money without putting in the work themselves.

Sad part. It's your own black people screwing us over. They use race as a reason for people to trust them more..No you don't trust someone with your money just because you and them both happen to be black. Research and do what makes sense.

A fool and their money will part. These real estate scams are not new. If anyone tells you you can get rich quick run. Scammers use people's greed to con them.

Just because he/she is from Your community Does Not mean he will be more trustable than someone else. For any kind of investment, Research, Research Research. Do Not Fall for get rich quick in 30/60/90 days. Even the stock market has a very high fail rate, unless you are able to invest millions and go long term. Read the fine print of all contracts and NEVER EVER sign on the spot, no matter if they tell you "you need to get this deal before it's gone". Pay your own lawyer to review the contract beforehand. Hope these people get their hard earned money back from this shyster.

I don’t feel bad for these people, it’s sooo many people who offer courses when you can get that same information online for free literally free. These people heard the amount of money he was talking and everything else went out the window. Everybody wants to “invest” and not even know who they’re investing with.

I'm sure they are not asking for anyone to feel bad or any personal way about their situation because they already feel bad. I'm one of their reasons is make everyone else aware of this man, his company & to stay away. It's sad that they lost thousands. Some ppl are making comments & don't have anything to invest to try & better themselves. God will provide for them or any1 else that has suffered a loss. We should be mindful we all have feelings.

Everyone wants a get rich Quick scheme which is why these things always happen. Wake up people!!!!
Why would anyone give money to someone they don’t fully know? Sending money for financial transactions via PayPal and Venmo are red flags.
This crap is funny, people do your research and avoid these schemes that promise lofty returns with minimum effort.
If the investor could produce the type of returns he promised then why would he need your money, he could just borrow what is needed and make all of the money for himself.
