I loved this video man. It is such a shame that instead of trying their best to revive this ride, they just abandoned it. I believe it is due to Smiler.
I agree with you. After Smiler Merlin really had to keep every penny close to their chest. Unfortunately it would have cost more than it's worth to remove Slammer.

Such a shame for such an insane ride and worlds only to just be abandoned and SBNO
It's due to finally be removed this year.... They had to get planning permission to remove it.
