i really resonate with your comment about being at a point in your tft journey where you feel like you're rolling more aggressively. i used to kind of just sit above 50 and either roll or level depending on my comp, and now i've overcorrected and have started rolling more aggressively to try and hit-and often i'll plummet down to 10-20 in an ill-fated attempt to stabilize, when i could've just accepted a couple more lost rounds and done something much safer with my economy. all this information was really useful!
@@cargo-games yeah, it's so much easier to think in black and white terms. The higher you climb, the more shades of gray you have to learn to deal with.
Thanks for the informative video. My main takeaway from the commentary seems to be to look at your spot and, if possible, econ til 5-1 to go 9 and hit everything. But do you think you should still roll maybe 10-15 gold at 4-2 to hit one star copies of units you’ll need for the final board?
@@rim1931 as Aesah mentioned, it's completely situational. Depends on how much HP you have, max cap for rest of lobby relative to your max cap, how contested you are, how much gold it'd cost you on average to get a big spike on a L8 roll down, etc. No black and white answers...gotta learn to think in shades of gray.
@ I see. I'm not sure if it'll be helpful, but I posted this video a while ago on how I got out of being hard stuck: ruclips.net/video/ZpfD5sR7x-w/видео.html
i just had a game where i was super healthy (80hp) during stage 4 playing rebels that was 3 way contested. i was planning to go fast 9 until i realised i had none of my core units to use for an anamoly (jinx, illaoi or zoe). what would you do in that situation?
