Very dangerous.. Router bit is rotating at the rate of 20000+ rpm, which is not safe for sanding disc

That is a very good idea. I would check on the ability of the router to handle this at the high RPMs of the machine, just to be sure. Now come up with a shield and dust collector and that is a winner.
