If men came forward and outed themselves it would encourage the church to start confessing their own sins. Not discussing them doesn’t help others to break the grip of the enemy. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. May we all be transparent and set free.
Mr brown. Will you address the allegations. You can actually be the one in this generation to be different and come clean if it's true. Maybe the ministry may not be there moving forward but people will respect you being truthful. May the Lord have mercy on all of us
He can't due to the fact that this is an ongoing issue & there's a credible witness that says that the allegation is in fact true.
Praying for you Dr.Brown in the wake of allegations of se*ual indiscretion. I'm not siding with them or you but if this is TRUE I will be very disheartened as if there are any leaders/teachers who'd I put in an honorable category it would be YOU! Your work esp on the topic of homosexuality IMHO has probably made a major difference in the lives of those entrapped in it so if you are guilty of these accusations all that work will have been for naught and totally discredited. If you are guilty please make no excuses or white wash it. Come clean with all of it now lest you pay for it in 1:46 eternity.
Hello Dr Brown, are the sexual assault allegations true?
Friends, let's be clear... if the allegations are true and he had already repented years ago and turned from his sin... we need to be gracious.
Your right !!!
Exactly and not just gracious but biblical because if God starts running around accusing and opening sins we did 20 some years ago then on my goodness we will be in trouble and that is not true forgiveness
Hello Dr Brown, are the sexual assault allegations true? I heavily disagree with what people are saying about you.
What exactly are you on about do make it plain.
I'm baffled at "Christians" who are so quick to condemn, judging and throw away everything that the Lord did through Dr. Brown for something he did 20 some years ago, when this brother sought restoration and even his wife forgave him about it and he repented. It's just crazy! Even if he fell in adultery 20 some years ago (which according to him he did not, it was lack of judgment), if his wife forgave him, sought restoration and God forgave him too, then who are we to bring it back and accuse him and making it as if it happened just today??
We are so quick to judge our own family (Christians) at the little thing. But if a murdered, rapist, or adulterer is born again, ohh, all of a sudden he is a new person and let's forget everything he had ever did immediately! Aren't we all humans susceptible to sin? Aren't we all misrable human beings? It's only because of His (God) grace and love that we stand. Dr. Brown is not living NOW in adultery or in sin, because if he was than yes I do agree with church discipline. But for crying out loud: this happened 20 some years ago!!
Can you image Jesus in Acts 1, telling Peter: "you have sinned against me before I died. You should be ashamed of yourself." Oh wow, that would be horrible. Then if Jesus didn't do it than why are we doing it now??
Can you imagine someone calls you out for a sin you have committed 20 some years ago, which by the way you have repented from and are now walking in obedience? Can you imagine how you would feel? I think this is crazy. I do not see it biblically. Again, I will definitely understand if he is doing it now in this present time, but come one. Thus happened 20 some years ago!! And he repented! And his wife forgave him! And according to one article he asked for forgiveness to this woman!
So quick to attack instead of protect and defend each other. I can't even believe this, honestly. I can't understand it!
@@fondamclain4727 I hope you have evidence of what you are saying, because if not you'll be a false witness!
@@fondamclain4727 OK, so you are saying; we can go around accusing people that they are lying and they haven't truly repented. And when someone ask us for evidence, we just say "time will tell"?.
No way! You are bearing false witness IF you have no proof AND you are just speculating. Also to make things worst for yourself: you are judging his heart and saying "he hasn't truly repented", how do you know?. I'm sorry but you cannot come here on social media and start putting things into people's heads if you have no proof. You are putting doubts in people's heads and you're are creating a different image of Dr.Brown because of your speculations.
God will expose everything of course, but He will do it based on the truth not on assumptions. And He won't approve with us spreading assumptions for sure!!
Maybe we forgot how dangerous it is to bear false witness, so let's refresh our minds:
Proverbs 6:16-19 There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
Proverbs 19:5 A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will not escape.
Proverbs 19:9 A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will perish.
Exodus 23:1 “You shall not spread a false report. You shall not join hands with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.
Proverbs 25:18 A man who bears false witness against his neighbor is like a war club, or a sword, or a sharp arrow.
@@roxannefenech7923the problem is many so called 'Christians' are as carnal as the average man on the street.
And allow Satan to use them, even against fellow believers.
Ironically we should be doing the very thing this teaching series is focusing on - prayer, for all concerned.
Thanks for going through the prayer life of Jesus! One of the most vital things to study in the Bible
