It has about 4 or 5 independent 12v wires , and its self regulating when it comes to current. Actually that will be your best bet . Use a desktop PSU , if you're connecting the EQ for home/house

Nowadays they normally range from $100 upto $500 online , depending on the condition eg scratches , used , like new , etc etc.
