I made this for breakfast yesterday! Do you want a scrambled eggs tip? My mom always made the best eggs and she taught me how. Crack the eggs into a bowl first, add cheese and whisk with a fork, then add them to the frying pan. They get fluffier and mixed with the cheese better if you scramble them before frying! My mom also used to fry some sliced deli ham with butter in a pan and add those to the eggs too. SO GOOOD! Highly recommend ❤

You dont need cooking spray if you are adding oil. Cooking spray is just oil in a can so you can put a small amount.
