Ingredients:
Vermicelli (Seviyan) - 3/4 Cup
Ghee - 1 Tsp Full
Water (Pani) - 1/2 Cup
Sugar (Cheeni) - 3/4 Cup
Add Milk (Doodh) - 1 Litre Boiled
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Banana (Kele) - 3 cut in any shape
Apple (Seb) - 1 Big finely sliced
Pistachios and Almonds (Badam and Pista) - For Garnish
Strawberry Jelly - 1/2 Packet
Jelly Method:
Take 1/2 cup of water in a pan and bring it to a boil. Add the
strawberry jelly powder, mix well, then pour it into a container and
let it set for an hour.
Note: You can use any fruit of your choice. Serve this chilled and Enjoy with your family this Eid. Doodh Sewaiyan Mixture thanda kar k (room Temperature) us ma cream or baki cheezen add karni hain.
