Excellent Tribute .. I seriously loved that from start to finish. I've been playing Splinter Cell since 2002 and this sums it up excellently. Everything was there very gripping. Action, Tension, Epicness and Sadness :) It gave me goosebumps. Best tribute to the best stealth franchise I've ever seen!

The entirety of Double Agent I did what the JBA wanted, I blew up the ship, killed Hisham, and shot Lambert. I snuck to the bomb, found Enrica, she gave me my weapons then I tried to stealthily grab Emile but apparently he fights back so you punch him in the face. Yep, beat DA without breaking the JBA's trust not once.
Great job. I like how you captured what I noticed in the series which was the gradual removal of a straight cheesy stealth dynamic and progressively more character development. It would be nice to see a game that blends both elements honestly. I liked them all personally.

amazing video so many memories. when i bought my xbox i left the store with MGS2: substance and splinter cell. i picked up splinter cell merely because of the cover and what i read on the back. 7 games later, the rest is history. gotta love a good stealth game
It wasn't Tom Clancy at all. Tom Clancy had zero input in the creation of Splinter Cell. It was all done mostly by writer JT Petty, with some input from Clint Hocking. Ubisoft approached Tom Clancy and offered to pay him so they could market the game under his name. He agreed. It still amazes me that to this day there are some SC fans that think Splinter Cell was Tom Clancy's idea.....it wasn't, never was 👍🏻 Also, Georgia might not be a military superpower. But the point of the game was to highlight the fast developing arena of cyberwarfare. Anyone can play on that battlefield, you just need a computer and competent geeks. Even North Korea has its own band of elite hackers, Iran too. So yeah, there's no reason Georgia couldn't do the same and pose some form of 'threat' in cyberspace.

To me Splinter Cell isn´t going to be the same anymore without Michael Ironside´s voice, but i am steel going to buy it, because i just love the Splinter Cell series and long live to Splinter Cell :)

For someone who played the franchise from the beginning its a HUGE and UNCOMFORTABLE change. Mr Ironside is the TRUE Sam Fisher. Period! P.s. after beating the game on perfectionist I'll definitely replay some of the older games so I can bring peace to my soul.
