What she said about prayer is so important.
Go to prayer grounds ,it's full of women praying for unruly husbands and later kids who followed their father's footsteps
It's so painful praying for someone to have common sense(that can only be found when God opens your eyes) and at the end of the day, important things like fulfilling purpose is placed on the back burner.
Fulfilling purpose when married to an unbeliever is like passing through the eye of the needle. Even when he is a nice guy, he would unconsciously hinder you or not approve when you want to do what God calls you to do.
If Pastor M's husband was the beer parlour type, would she be in this church preaching today?. If he was a guy man who is a chilly big boy, would he have stayed with the issue of blood?

I think you generalized in your last paragraph. Having a believer as a husband is fantastic and I'm all for it. But I'm a Christian from a family where my mom is a believer and my dad isn't. Their marriage is one where kindness and love have taken the front seat and they have been together 40 years worthy of emulation. And that's basic. You can be a tongue speaking believer but have no kindess in your heart. I have friends who are married to the kind of men you have generalized about and they are very supportive of their wives. Don't generalize. Christ shows up in people on different levels, but best believe, that there is Christ in every one of us. Shalom.

I remember praying at OAU sports centre prayer ground {2009 to 2012} for God to do whatever it takes to make me get it right, and save me from wrong people even if I perceive them wrongly. WITHOUT A DOUBT GOD HAS HEARD THAT PRAYER!!
