I also have the air hawk cushion sea...t it has been good to me but trying something new like this would be a good dea...like you said you have to rest with every seat and it beats the price of a custom Corbin seat..
Well, I can say that I am familiar with that type of polymer. I have a Purple mattress, and it has a grid of hyper-elastic polymer on top…. It’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had! So, with that being said. I’ll definitely have to give this “Butt Buffer“ a try. Also, One of my biggest gripes about the Air Hawk is that it constantly shifts on me when I hop on and off the bike. So, having this rubberized bottom is another a selling point for me.
Good review! I just got my butt buffer about a week ago. Haven't had a chance to do a long ride but so far I like it. I ordered the large for my Ryker and it fits perfectly.
Loved the video. This is what I needed on the ride I referenced in my latest video, in which I reference Ryker Rydes. I have watched several of your videos. You put out great and helpful information. Keep it up. Oh! The first video I watched was on buying a trailer. I bought one for my Spyder RT Limited. It was very helpful.
Great information here. Once again a very good presentation. I just may have to give this one a try. The Airhawks can be finicky to setup properly as you and Scott say. Keep 'em coming Beth.
Got mine 2 days ago. Did an hour ride yesterday to test it out. 1 hour is right when the soreness slightly starts. With the Butt Buffer I was still at 0 soreness 1 hour in. Looking for ward to my next 2 hour ride.
My Butt Buffer arrived yesterday. Just in time for a planned group ride to Daniel Boone Inn in Asheville NC. It’s about an hour and a half ride. Will let you know how it went.
Nice video review. Just in time to start riding season here in MD. It would be great if you could give us your best to not best, lol, seat cushions that you've tried. Maybe just respond to this comment with your list 😀
I bought a large for my street glide.. rode 130 miles.. to be honest I didn’t feel any difference… I am going to a 400 mile run one way.. I’ll see if I can ride longer distance with it.
I use the Butt Buffer on my F3. Works great, feels great after a long ryde. Only downside is it gets hot in the sun. Cools off quickly after sitting on it. I like the jacket. What brand is it? Thanks for the videos Beth.
Hi Beth Due to you not posting to NZ and I have to buy elsewhere , please confirm model number for me 2022 Ryker Sport 900 is it the BF01316P Butt buffer is sold in NZ $229 and your $132 NZ , but the model number doesn’t work , in NZ they call them Wolf and eagle ? Why does it have to be so hard to buy stuff
Ugh I am so sorry. Here is my contact at Butt Buffer. See if he can mail you a medium sized one. Not sure of the model number. Be sure and tell him I sent you. Good luck!! Peter@buttbuffer.com
I go back and forth between this and the beaded seat that I reviewed. Butt Buffer looks nicer but gets very hot in the sun. The Bead Rider, looks funny (like a taxi driver), but allows air flow and doesn’t get hot. Both are different but good. My go to in the summer is the Bead Rider. Hope this helps.
So I've been watching your videos and recently subscribed. I've also watched other videos from other youtubers about this bike. My question is and I've yet to see this and maybe I haven't looked as deep as others but are there alarms for these bikes much like this car alarms? I've seen all the upgrades and things that you can do to the bike. I'm asking because I'm really interested in buying one this year possibly a riker 900. I've yet to see anyone talk about an alarm system for them, so just wondering if you come across any and or do they exist?
Thanks for watching. Yes others have put alarm systems on their Rykers. There are ones that will alert you (via app on your phone) if the Ryker is moved. I don’t know of any specific brands etc. Sounds like a good video idea for me.
Great video! Loved the demonstration and the specification info that was provided at the end.
Thank you so much!!

💯 Thanks for watching Rich!!

Thanks for your comment Dale! The jacket is from Bohn Armor. Check out my video review of them for a discount code.
@@RykerRydes I didn’t know they had that style with checkered flag on the back. Thanks!

First of all, those are not real motorcyclesmight as well sitting in a car, so you can't really judge by those particular machines
Interesting.
