I’ve asked an owner of both tubes and they said the WE is simply better. The bass is tighter is one aspect specifically mentioned.
As for me, once a tube passes a certain level of excellence, its splitting hairs between the bes4 and i could be equally happy with either

NOS go for $5000+.
