Iba kc ang aarte measuremnts ganun, babad pa muna sa asin vegs etc etc lolz tas ang iba nman basta2 nlng nyahaha. Hindi ko po reccomended ang extra virgin olive oil especially for frying. Mas maganda gamitin yung light oil gaya ng canola, corn or vegetable oil. Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is usually use for salad dressing. Kapag pinainit pa sa kawali ang EVOO hindi na maganda ang amoy at nawawala na ang nutrients neto.
...am learning another method of preparing okoy...plus her version of dipping sauce...thank you po...
