We have a BC5060. Best baler ever. It's now 3 years old. Ours have done already over 200 000 bales in the time we have it. Bale about 500-550 bales per hour. Baled hay, oats, soybeans easy. Can't complain about anything. Would recommend it for anyone. Thanks for New Holland.
You didn't talk about other options available on it, or how many strokes per minute, potential tons per hour, service intervals, or anything else that most potential buyers would want to hear. I would assume that anyone buying a new NH BC5060 already knows how they work, and are upgrading from a lower capacity baler. I'm not bashing, I'm just saying this as someone who has considered getting one. Have a great day!
New holland 273 with kicker and wagon I’m running it with a John Deere 955. That’s only 29 HP. New Holland manual says 17 HP required to operate my 273. It also says my 467 haybine requires 30 HP minimum. I have run balers with 4440 JD and I have run the same balers with an 8N Ford. Both will do the job if you know how to drive.
Baled hay all over southern ohio with a276 hayliner and a Mf 35 diesel deluxe, hillsides and all with fully loaded 14.9 28 tires it handled it fine , also ran a hesston 7 foot haybine with same tractor

Self tying knotters on this model! What will they come up with next?
