With due all respect mam..what ever you are saying is not correct..Aap jo 2 years ka time period bata rahi hai that is not limitation period for filing suit related to right under Section.25,here within 2 years next before (18+2) ending of 20 years, dominant owner ko yaha sabit karna hoga ki woh is easement right use kar raha hai.aap ek baar section 25(2) wapas dekhe..Suit 20 years k baad hi hoga lekin 2 years ki limitation mey nahi balki 2 years 20 saal khtam honey mey ussey prove kar na hoga ki from last 2 years i am using this right.
So if a person is enjoying his right peacefully for 50 years , to fir ye 2 year ka rule kaise applicable hoga? Can u please explain? Kya wo court me ye btaega ki mere 20 years pehle hi complete ho gye fr uske bad I'm using my right for 30 years continuously ?
अच्छा तो mam फिर आपके हिसाब से तो section25(2) में यदि किसी सम्पत्ति का उपभोग कोई 50 साल से कर रहा हो तो वो तो क्लेम ही नही कर सकता क्योंकि आपके अनुसार तो 20 साल खत्म होते ही next 2 yr में suit फ़ाइल करना होगा। mam इस section को आप दुबारा से देखे एक बार🙏
