This song is about eating disorders, specifically Bulimia, Melanie even mentions that in the lyrics, and she is singing about their friend who is in the video. Melanie is describing how their classmate ordres oranges, sucks the water only, and then vomits it in order to look "thinner" and feel better however Melanie is showing her that she is beautiful the way she is while the other blonde girl is peer pressuring her to keep ordering and vomiting oranges.
