Keep me in prayers, am suffering from ptsd, insomnia, depression and a loss of a mother :( i am 37 and i feel lost in the dark at the moment, and there is too much pressure in my head which races with a lot of negative thoughts- i so hate this. Satins Love I've have PTSD too, loss of my mother, dying at home from cancer, before that she tried take her life due to schizophrenia and not taking her mess, we lived with my dad and she tried to jump out of the upstairs master bedroom window where there is concrete, something told me to check on her and she had ripped the screen and was climbing backwards into the bedroom, had yelled for my dad, then when she was back on her meds she was diagnosed with uterine cancer and she had died peacefully at home and then shortly after that an old friend had came back into my life then he died at lobby of the ER, np one to comfort me, being blamed for his passing fro the severity of his asthma since he was 4 and died at age 42, shortly after that my calico cat wanted me to old her died in my arms of 18 yrs. I have thought of suicide and it's not the answer you have a purpose in life, sit back close your eyes and listen to music relax and ask God what plans he has for you and take away these burdens and heal you, life is hard you have be determined to move forward and see his plans for your life and pray daily along with this music. DON'T QUIT! Ever!

I've noticed that my cat seems to like to listening to calming music as he tends to curl up on my desk chair, close to my music boxes whenever I'm playing something calm. I was in a bad realationship with a guy I really loved he was really verbally abusive and mean to me and everytime I let him back in my life because I believed in him in my heart I seen something good in him what do you know he busted my heart right to pieces I suffer from PTSD and I get depressed alot because I have bad thoughts about myself my worth I just prayed mursey for his soul I don't see how he can lay down at night and close his eyes peacefully and feel at peace with his self only fate can save him only the lord can fix him prayers for him may God help his soul before it's to late

Things aren’t going best for me right because my anxiety and stress gets worse and it’s ruining my relationship with her but the situation of being parents when you just got married wasn’t the plan. When I was going through real bad postpartum 10 years ago I would wake up crying and one night I could hear a noise like this from the hallway felt like it was so far but close at the same time, everyone was sleeping. Not sure why I heard this noise but I felt some sort of peace. It was maybe a sign from angels watching me letting me know I’ll be alright. I will never forget how it sounded. Never heard it again after that.

Satins Love I've have PTSD too, loss of my mother, dying at home from cancer, before that she tried take her life due to schizophrenia and not taking her mess, we lived with my dad and she tried to jump out of the upstairs master bedroom window where there is concrete, something told me to check on her and she had ripped the screen and was climbing backwards into the bedroom, had yelled for my dad, then when she was back on her meds she was diagnosed with uterine cancer and she had died peacefully at home and then shortly after that an old friend had came back into my life then he died at lobby of the ER, np one to comfort me, being blamed for his passing fro the severity of his asthma since he was 4 and died at age 42, shortly after that my calico cat wanted me to old her died in my arms of 18 yrs. I have thought of suicide and it's not the answer you have a purpose in life, sit back close your eyes and listen to music relax and ask God what plans he has for you and take away these burdens and heal you, life is hard you have be determined to move forward and see his plans for your life and pray daily along with this music. DON'T QUIT! Ever!

I’m currently suffering from a bad illness for three days now. the abdominal pains that I have been getting is unbearable. I was in a bad realationship with a guy I really loved he was really verbally abusive and mean to me and everytime I let him back in my life because I believed in him in my heart I seen something good in him what do you know he busted my heart right to pieces I suffer from PTSD and I get depressed alot because I have bad thoughts about myself my worth I just prayed mursey for his soul I don't see how he can lay down at night and close his eyes peacefully and feel at peace with his self only fate can save him only the lord can fix him prayers for him may God help his soul before it's to late

This is good for wheening us off the raucous manmade sounds that we surround ourselves with. It has the same rhythm as steady breath. The Lord Buddha always recomended concentrating on the breath and this music can lead to that. When I was a boy I used to go to the beach and breath in time with the waves moving in and out. This is similar.

for context i suffer from depression and anxiety and ive had many issues with suicidal thoughts and self harm for the past year, its hard for me to begin where it even happened, my grandmother has prayed for me to get better but its been a month and nothing has happened, i do not know why i have been put in a position like this, my whole body hurts and i cant do anything, to anyone reading this please pray for me, everything hurts

I’ve been suffering from post traumatic stress since 12 years old which led to intense anxiety I’ve been newly wedded last year which is a great thing but me and my wife are in a situation of applying guardianship to two out of control teenagers related to her and we live in a small house. Things aren’t going best for me right because my anxiety and stress gets worse and it’s ruining my relationship with her but the situation of being parents when you just got married wasn’t the plan. But my love for her and her siblings is bigger but im suffering. Please pray for me.

When I was going through real bad postpartum 10 years ago I would wake up crying and one night I could hear a noise like this from the hallway felt like it was so far but close at the same time, everyone was sleeping. Not sure why I heard this noise but I felt some sort of peace. It was maybe a sign from angels watching me letting me know I’ll be alright. I will never forget how it sounded. Never heard it again after that.
