I feel as you describe right now and I've tried so many different ways. I feel like I have a barrier in front of me that stops me from even doing basic things, like getting up and taking care of myself. I'm in such a dark place and I've been in it for months now, where I can't sit still and peace for all the sadness and anxiety.

I’ve been very sad & feeling even very drained lately since I lost my last cat just barely 2 months ago. Now I’m seeing clusters of numbers of the same number in groups of 5. I’ve been crying myself to sleep most nights, but soon after hearing this, I also started to cry, but this time it felt different. Sad, but with a more positive vibe. Now, despite covid 19, I’m more optimistic about adopting another cat in Spring of 2021. Thank you to all the spirits & angels who are watching over me. 😌

I have been seeing the world getting brighter and brighter. We have come together globally in unprecedented ways this last year. More and more people are turning to mindfulness and self inquiry and self development than ever before. The importance of cultivating emotional health has become obvious to more people than ever. The internet and social platforms are connecting people around the world and provided that needed connection in this challenging time. These platforms are full of uplifting content and support - one only has to look for it! Modern technology has also allowed people to continue working, businesses to stay open and evolve, and many people to taste what life could be like working from home or for themselves or both. The quality of life on earth is only improving even if it's not exactly what we want it to be yet. It can be.
And people protesting around the world is a sign that things are changing for the better. People are aware, they care and what once was a big problem is on its way to a satisfying solution. It can come. It is coming. Everything is always working out. If it doesn't seem like it, it's just not done yet. 💖

Thank you for everything. This music has brought me out of the darkest times in my life. I got sick from depression and anxiety that i couldnt breathe.. but talking to people and using this as music therapy has really helped me alot. I feel as you describe right now and I've tried so many different ways. I feel like I have a barrier in front of me that stops me from even doing basic things, like getting up and taking care of myself. I'm in such a dark place and I've been in it for months now, where I can't sit still and peace for all the sadness and anxiety.

We manifest what we think about, block negative thoughts and people at all times, only allow positive thoughts in. Literally you can “reprogram” your own thinking. I’ve been very sad & feeling even very drained lately since I lost my last cat just barely 2 months ago. Now I’m seeing clusters of numbers of the same number in groups of 5. I’ve been crying myself to sleep most nights, but soon after hearing this, I also started to cry, but this time it felt different. Sad, but with a more positive vibe. Now, despite covid 19, I’m more optimistic about adopting another cat in Spring of 2021. Thank you to all the spirits & angels who are watching over me. 😌

The pain from losing a beloved pet is devastating but search and continue that love to another cat who needs your love and kindness. It will be returned and love always multiplies and you will heal. That’s One of God’s many wonderful gifts. I lost one of my precious poodles after 14 wonderful years and have been waiting to find another to rescue.
