You didn't finish by saying / showing how far the light went or if you feel like it is sufficient for your needs. Does it have a motion detection feature as well ?

The light goes all the way across the lawn to our pasture fence. It lightens the pasture a little and stops just short of the root cellar. (About 30 yards) If the root cellar light is on this isn't a problem. While it didn't reach quite as far as I was hoping, it did cover about 10 yards more than our old light. Sadly, it does not have a motion sensor. We'll keep this light for the time being because we like how bright it is but I have concerns about the durability of it due to the quality of the plastic.
