Only thing I’d say is they need to work faster when blow drying Black hair because it air drys rlly fast and doesn’t straighten as well if you have to use second-hand blow-dry. Why is she holding her hair. Use duck clip to separate the hair. The hair is not straighten. He's use to cutting wet hair. He's not experienced with black 4c hair.
Why tf is he usimg thinning shears to trim your hair. He need to just point cut those ends for a trim with regular shears instead of doing a blunt cut or using thinning shears. It made your ends look worse. Thinning shears are for bulk and blending not for trimming
