Hi Adele. I always love your craftroom tours. Maybe I can give you a tip. Or maybe you already do it because of the move you put it aside for a while. What you can do with the remaining stickers is stick them together on one sheet. Only if this is of course still possible. Then you have them at a glance, less space and you don't have to take the sheets out and put the back everytime. It's really happening now for you and your family. How exciting! I have an ott light that I won at a scrappy retreat & I love it, you just gave me a great idea for my silhouette & it’s little table that will give me extra storage space underneath that I can just pick up & move when my crafty friend comes to craft with me. The IKEA container is a good idea for under the silhouette & Kmart sells similar containers too. Thanks for the great idea that popped into my head.❤ I was thinking of getting rid of the sil.
Do not hang your heat gun on a hook by its cord because the weight of the heat gun will eventually pull the wires out and it won’t work anymore. What you could do is fix a desk paper organizer to the bottom of your desk to slide it into, you could also use a pencil holder if you found one that would be tall enough to hold your heat gun. Another option would be to get one of those cupholders that clamp onto your desk so you can set it in there. Congrats on the new house! I’m so happy for you guys!

I’m so glad you’re enjoying your new room!! I can’t wait to get into mine! I don’t think my 5x5 Kallax will fit though 🫠 as the ceiling dips down on the only wall without windows or the wardrobe… will have to come up with another solution!

I have a floor plan thing on my computer and I took all my furniture measurements along with the measurements of the blueprints and have just been playing... hahaha, much easier to do it 1001 times on the computer than try and get hubby to move it all over the place once we're in. The build doesn't even start until Feb, I'm dying though...but yeah, got a LOT OF TIME to play and hopefully get it right. (also great excuse to make a shopping list as some of the furniture just won't work and I think I need to buy more of x y and z... wink wink!) If your 5x5 holds all your albums, does it have to technically be in the room? I'm just saying... or maybe you buy new ones that will fit and give the kiddlets the 5x5 for their stuff?
Great video! OG inklet, but on your Patreon. I can’t wait for the new craft room! I have stuff all over my desk but put a 4 ft table next to it, that I have put storage containers under( paper pads, extra glue, cardstock, kits, bling and other bits and bobs. On top my photo printer, containers with ephemera, thickers, my pen containers, my Cricut Joy xtra, tv(small) and my most reached items, on my desk I have my Cricut and Silhouette on a shelf, my laptop and my lights. I don’t know if any of that will help. I put my layouts in a Totally Tiffany container and every week put them in the correct album. I wish you the best and can not wait to see the new room!
I have a 6 yr old and 8yr old who dump stuff on the side of my desk lol.. actually I have a whole top of the cube shelf and trolley dedicated to their stuff haha.. I know the feels lol

May I suggest for your heat gun, a hair straightener holder from Dayso. It is a perfect solution, I placed my in the IKEA kart or trolley as I have the same than yours 😊
