My best friend lived in Colorado, and when we would visit him and I would go out a couple of times during our visit, either panning or metal detecting. We would be gone all day long. I am now 70 years old and missed getting out to pan detecting. Unfortunately, my friend passed away a few years passed and I missed doing that activity with him. When I watched the video of your adventures, it made me miss him more. I still have the gold that we pan on my shelf in my man cave and pictures of our trip. So please keep making your videos and enjoy all of your time in nature and with your friends and family. Thanks for bringing back all of my memories of me and my friend.
Thanks for the story about you and your friend, and I'm glad to help bring back some great memories! I'd say if you get a chance, go ahead and visit a river, gold or not, and just enjoy the day. I do!
I’ve bought a few bags from you and have not even been close to disappointed! I’m almost 54 and a novice prospector as well as an aspiring guitarist so the last purchase was awesome!! Not only did I get more experience with panning, but I got a bonus guitar pick! Two for one 😎. Thanks a bunch for what you do and I look forward to learning more 🤘
Great video. Thank you for the hot tip about the books for finding gold. The biggest hump for not getting out is not knowing where to go or where to look. Showcasing the book while actually panning one of its locations truly helps break down that barrier... Thanks!! ⚡⚡
Just moved to Colorado two years ago and your videos inspired my girlfriend and I to get into gold panning. We love all the local gold panning and prospecting videos glad you are still coming out with new prospecting content! 🙂
I couldn’t pay attention to the sluice box when you were working it, because I was watching Timber in the background. He was REALLY curious about those geese! I loved it!
My bestfriend lived back there before they built 58th ave. We called it Tarzan's. Everyone would build bike trails, jumps etc. We even had a halfpipe in the ground. Then when I was 12 at a family reunion at Prospect park/A-Bar I discovered prospecting. Witch we started prospecting Ralston creek 30yrs ago. Thanks for the video man brought back some good memories.
Would love to have that! I buy bags online to do for fun usually 1 gram guarantees. I am going to California and hoping to maybe try panning in the Merced river maybe fine some natural gold. That would be fun. Enjoy your content!
I have been playing in the Colorado river. Even though im sure i wont see anything. I am enjoying being out there. Love watching other videos being done in Colorado.
Aloha, already purchased some of your raw pay dirt and been having tons of fun. Not much gold to be found in Hawaii’s streams so this product definitely soothes the symptoms of gold fever. Mahalo for all the years of educational and entertaining content!🌺
I love seeing you out doing your thing 😁 it’s breeding season for geese so there is a good chance if you looked around, they had a nest close to where they were hanging out!
I had to move from Colorado to Florida for business and I sure do miss the mountains and the peace of panning in the creeks and hiking. I will have to live vicariously through your adventures now. Thanks Shane lol
Hi Shane .. Glad to see you out there making new videos for the new gold season here.. I'm so glad that winter is mostly over and we're moving into warmer weather but this is Colorado so it can change and the water in the creeks still running cold this time of year ... Lanky White Guy did a couple of videos just up stream probably about a 100 yards or so and he found about what you did in this video... Well I'll be looking forward to more videos in the future and still hoping to get to see you out on a creek someday until then ... God Bless and be Safe 👍👍 Don E. In Denver
Stumbled on your videos about a month ago. Me and my son love watching and learning. He keeps begging me to buy paydirt but after watching you videos, we are both careful of what we think about buy. Thank you for the videos!
I'm happy to see you back out on "the creeks" again. I enjoy watching your videos, for the panning, but also, because you make learning more about it fun. Keep up the good work, Shane.
U always make great videos I enjoy watching them all. I live in Indiana so uk how the gold findings are here lol. I hope to get lucky on one of ur bags of paydirt.
I used to bring my sons to a diamond mine and dig and search for diamonds. We also would pan for gold at a couple of different spots near us for something fun to do. The good old days. I still have the diamonds that I found and the gold I panned. Thanks for sharing your videos. Keep them coming.
Klesh just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos! I am very new to this hobby. I still have yet to find my first flake of gold! I tried a few times but nothing :( Maine is not known for alot of gold. But im not giving up. Im going to buy a bag of pay dirt off you. Its a breath of fresh air knowing I wont get ripped off. I even tried crushing some quarts that looked interesting. I paned it and all I got was mica. I have somthing in common with. I play the guitar and I used to make them. I made a total of ten acoustic guitars four parlor guitars and six dreadnoughts. That was 20 years ago. Im almost 70 now. I see that nice acoustic hanging on your wall looks nice! Those nuggets for sale look nice. Keep up the great videos! Mark.
Remember there is always more gold above ground than in the ground!! Gold panning is a fun hobby and nothing you get rich from!! Greetings from Sweden!!
Panning is prospecting, you don't get rich prospecting, you mke your money extracting the gold and that is called mining. You use the pan to locate the load in the ground and that can make you wealthy if you know how to navigate the regulations, have the skill and equipment. Most prospectors locate a load and claim it. Then you lease it out to miners for a percent.
Thanks for posting I have done Gold strike several times and have never really found anything in Ralston Creek so it was good to see you and get a little bit of gold
My daughter moved to the Denver area 2 years ago. I like to go panning when we visit her. It is nice that you share information of places to go pan. Thanks.
hey Klesh i’ve been a fan for quite awhile now, this is my first time i’ve commenting i think😂 from stumbling upon the Nugget bucket videos to binging thru every pay dirt review time and time again thru out the years i’ve even purchased several different pay dirts you’ve reviewed over the years for fun and even teaching my parents and siblings all i’ve learned from your channel. Just wanted to finally comment on one of your videos and say thank you for continuing, thank you for teaching and inspiring a passion and a life long hobby i never thought i would love i much as i do. best of health and luck to you man 🤟🏽🤙🏽
Klesh you are awesome and will always be my favorite prospector on youtube. I still remember when you sent me a klesh guitar pick for free you are awesome!
What an awesome day on the river. Timber is such a great furry fella. I saw a tidepool there among the rocks. Curious how that 'would pan out'. Good that you found some gold tho. I wonder if Timber shook all the gold from that piece of carpet when he found it. lol
I grew up in Colorado, and in 20 years in the Air Force never wanted to live anywhere else but Colorado. Really enjoy your videos Shane. Wish I could’ve learned gold panning from my dad.
Been watching you for 6 years since you did the prospecting at home depot video. Keep up the good work! Also I really enjoy Klesh Guitars whether it's making them or the other projects you do on the channel.
Colorado is so beautiful. Now I understand why my relatives moved out there (Arvada) years ago. Great to see you Shane. I would love to win the prize. Haven't won anything in a long time. A very long shot because you've been pretty popular for many years and understandably so. ATB ☮
Any day on the river is a great day. I miss prospecting the BHNF but when the weather warms up I'll try my hand at flour gold prospecting here in Michigan.
Great video and day out enjoying a beautiful day..the gold was a nice surprise! Timber has grown since I had seen him last! He looked like he was having as much as you! Thanks for taking us along!😊
I made a quick run to Denver last Saturday from Kansas. Ya it was the wind, snow whiteout in limon but made it. (I wanted to bring a pan but had no time). Made it there and back in 14 hours. Planning a trip soon I hope to pan. Keep on keeping on
Love the idea of a sluice cons bags! You could find a big picker or garnets but most likely shot pellets and fishing weights. I need some more fishing weights so Lets Goooo!!

Great story, I enjoyed it very much!!
Thought I would mention you have the best and largest collection of paydirt review videos out there! Thank you.
Like you say , it's not only about the gold, it's the outdoor connection and being in nature and living healthy
💯
That's not nature! It's right in town!
Great to see you back in the creeks. I was beginning to think you'd given it up.
I'll never give up on fun, thanks for the comment bud!
Timber is such a cute pup. Glad to see you back prospecting outside.

The sound of the river and the sun beating down, doesn’t get any better! The round rock was awesome! Great find.
Great show Shane nice day out and liberated a bit of gold from that dirt get it all brother

Klesh, you have the best paydirt of all paydirt companies. Love your videos as well.
Great video. Thanks for sharing Shane⚒👍
Nice to see you doing panning again. Your music you use when panning is so relaxing. Good luck everyone

Get a metal detector, sand scoop, and hit the beaches. Tourist Au.

I always enjoy watching you panning for gold in Colorado. Hope to make it up there from Texas very soon. All the best!
I can’t wait to finally get out and do some prospecting around here. Just waiting on the weather to break.
Stumbled on your videos about a month ago. Me and my son love watching and learning. He keeps begging me to buy paydirt but after watching you videos, we are both careful of what we think about buy. Thank you for the videos!
I have been thinking of trying there, thank you for posting this! Definitely don't need much of a reason to spend a day on the creek!
It's like fishing. Even if you don't catch anything, it's always a nice day on the river.
Great video Shane . That spot looks amazing.
Great day out there. Keep on having fun getting that Au and living the dream. Gold Squad Out 🤠
Like these panning videos in the spring! A big runoff here in Colorado always moves a lot of gold around!
Some day I will do this! I think about it all the time here in Oregon.
Ready for an epic prospecting season!
Good to see'ya Shane, a day on the river is always a good day. Easy access & any take home shiny results is a win.
I'm happy to see you back out on "the creeks" again. I enjoy watching your videos, for the panning, but also, because you make learning more about it fun. Keep up the good work, Shane.
I like the spot. Looks like a nice day.
Another great video. It looked like a nice sunny day. I hope to visit my friends in Arvada again this year and go panning.

I've enjoyed the past couple of panning videos you've done!
Hoping to see more this summer!

I just ordered some of your pay dirt and I can't wait for it to show up!
Looks like a nice little get away to have some fun. Cool rock you found there.
It's so easy to be over excited about digging after one or two test pan's . Thanks for sharing Shane 👍
10:10 I watched it backwards, and watched the carpet first.. haha
Thank you for your gold content. Watching your panning videos has gotten me into the hobby. Keep up the great work.
I miss the Front Range. I finally got out of Arizona and moved to Orofino Idaho!
Like you said, it's always nice to have a good day on the river. Thanks for sharing the adventure.
Awesome day out on the river with your dog enjoying the weather!

That was a good-looking river. I was surprised there wasn't more gold. But I'll keep looking.
I really enjoyed seeing some out in the wild panning. It was fun.
Finding gold is always good, just being out in nature you find a totally different type of gold. One of peace and relaxation.
Thanks for the video. I love watching. Hopefully, we can get back out there this summer.
Love the idea of a sluice cons bags! You could find a big picker or garnets but most likely shot pellets and fishing weights. I need some more fishing weights so Lets Goooo!!
You're the man Klesh! Glad to see you back out in the wild prospecting.
