Have just started, with this pattern, did like the sequence at the end. Have favourited the face book page, looking forward to many more lines and arcs. Thanks for sharing a wonderful art.
Thank you José Roveda Jr, you can join us on our facebook group on this link. There are more videos in the group plus a pdf file with description each step of this pattern. facebook.com/groups/zakhrafa.school/
Hello, I found your channel just yesterday while looking for Islamic geometrical art, and I am SO glad I did. Your graphics are very clear, and your way of explaining is just fantastic. It is impressive (and a bit humbling) that the masters hundreds of years ago were able to do this kind of construction at such a complex level. I also found your fb group, and hope to be admitted! I wish you all the best.
I'm having a lot of insight (and fun) analyzing the designs you present in your youtube videos on the subject. When checking this one, I found it overly complex and not in the line of other videos. I've drawn my own version of this fourfold pattern following the procedures you show in other videos. After checking it, I think it is correct and way simpler. I would like to send you my "version" and comment it with you if this can help. Thanks a lot again for your work and teaching.

I am drawing the patterns by hand, but would also like to do it on the computer as it is quicker, question, what piece of software do you use for this.? (I'm sure it is likely you have been asked this before)
Hi Ray Moore, I use autocad to do the drawing quickly, you can use any program similar to autocad. Some people use illustrator, but in my opinion is not for this kind of drawing. You can also join our “Geometric Patterns Art School” on this link. facebook.com/groups/zakhrafa.school/
I have used Rhinoceros which is great but am now using libreCAD which is free and much like autocad. most non CAD drawing packages don't have the drawing tools and snaps needed.
I heard you meant ion you are writing a book in another video, is there a title your working with to look out for? Thank You for all the wonderful videos
