I'd highly recommend grinding in the 3rd stage of the 1st District, As you'll go through 5 enemy encounters in a row, and each encounter will always have one of these 3 enemies: Brand New Robot, Retroputer, and Facerberus.

Dark Sun is very fun. One minute you're fine and then OMAE WA MOU SHINDEIRU. On the plus side, stealing three ultimate delicacies in one fight is helpful for the +99 stat grub grind!
I loved grinding here and the pleasure of defeating the tower. It got to a point where I could beat dark sun lord with my eyes closed.
