Yeah for me, this movie is where it finally hit me how much of a jerk Homer became. I'd never noticed the gradual change but this made me look back and notice his decline. Movie Homer is not the same guy who'd have photos of Maggie up at work and buy Lisa her sax.
Vivarium Velocipastor Onward Pandemic The Sonic Movie Honestly Vivarium is the one I want you to review the most, because frankly, I don't understand it, but it's still so interesting. I would for you to unpack this. Thanks!
I think main problem with the movie is how the film guilt trips homer into saving Springfield even though they tried to kill him and his family the film tries to portray the people of Springfield as nice people worth rescururing even though they killed the Simpons family I know homer did put the ship in the lake which started the poultion but he said sorry to the mob and they still didn’t forgive him he has every right not to save him there just as bad him . Another problem with the movie I have the movie never gives us a reason why Marge wants to go back to Springfield Bart and Lisa at least have interesting reasons we see in the movie Bart loves Flanders and thinks he is a good father figure Lisa has a cute crush on Collin but Marge has no reason she just tries to save the city who tried to hang her husband and kids. She literally puts Springfield above her family which is out of character for her .
While I love the film for it’s visuals being true to the series some of the humour and “redemption story” arc does seem a bit phoned in. Even by 2007 there were already so many opportunities for Homer to learn from his behaviour, but nope, just throw in Jerkass Homer into a feature length, have him be remorseful (just for the sake of the plot), but then seem to completely forget this character development in the series again. The movie could have served as a pivotal point for characterisation but again, nope, just a movie that exists with some recycled gags from the series’ memorable moments.
This stuff was heat back in the day bro, love this movie to this day may the Simpsons live even longer and prosper, oh and also keep reverting the characters back to their old traits after every episode. We all love the series but we don't love jerk assss homer
Seriously? The biggest problem with the Simpsons movie isn’t the ending. It’s the entire movie.

People condemn Jerkass Homer in the show but condone him in the movie. SMH.
Jerkass homer aside, there's also the fact that they still decided to continue the series despite the huge decline.
Great vid! May I suggest some movies for you to review?

Thankyou. It never made sense Marge took the kids back to try and save the town that tried to murder her entire family...
Like Family Guy but when I look back at the Simpsons it was just more calmer with the trauma.

The definition of EFFORT
How do you feel about almost 100k followers on tictok
I thought the movie's biggest flaw was that it wasn't funny and that it simply sucked.
Love ur content bro

do a season 5 clone wars video please
Homer was so annoying and unlikable in the Movie. Futurama: Bender's Big Score was so much better than The Simpsons Movie.
This vid is sick
