TIP!! If you're leaving a snack in your bag, and you live in a hot climate/are going to a hot climate etc.. make sure it's something that won't melt like gummies! (no hate, i love those.) Something like a granola (without or with minimal chocolate chips) or nutri-grain bar would be great!! If you have any other suggestions then reply with them and i'll edit the comment!!

i can help you, i just started using them a few days ago and it was scary but it’s really easy! you can’t feel it at all, maybe try using a light one to start. hope this helps!
