I knew Heisei Godzilla was a powerhouse... but damn, he could give all of the titans from the Monsterverse a run for their money. It's even hard to digest the fact that Heisei Godzilla started off as a Godzillasaurus, being able to survive warship barrage, killed a large group of US soldiers, and then proceeds to walk away, to becoming this planet-ending brute that's seemly-unstoppable and nearly-unbeatable.
Sorry but the Monsterverse roster has nothing to even compete with him. We've yet to get any planet busting threats or feats, let alone the MUCH higher stuff.
Oh also Godzillasaurus survived a nuke point blank.

I love how heisei G sometimes fires his atomic breath on the ground first going farther eventually reaching his target. It's like he is using the inital burst of the beam to gauge the distance and aim properly.
Seems to be checking for weakpoints when he does that too.

its scary how heisei is never shown to be tired throughout the heisei era except for one instance, that being in godzilla vs biollante (and i guess return of godzilla) due to him being injected with A.N.E.B. which was made specifically to feed off of his radiation, thus weakening his atomic breath and making him tired. even then he was still able to defeat biollante in his weakened state alone, but the after effect of the battle had taken all the energy from godzilla, thus making him pass out shortly after defeating biollante, making him rest at the ocean floor recovering from it until the futurians time traveled to relocate the godzillasaurus' corpse to the ocean floor and yada yada.

That calculation you did for Heisei Godzilla's movement speed under the ocean. Would he move just as fast on land as well or faster? Or is it less?
Likely faster given the pressure of water slows down movement.

I got a little lost during the speed section while listening. What is Heisei's top speed he can travel at exactly? Also do you think if the Heisei films were done as animated films they'd better convey just how insane some of these feats are since there wouldn't be as many limitations that live action suit stuff imposes?
Travel? The fastest he's shown to stomp around is ~660 mph in a short burst.
Yeah if they were animated we'd get a better demonstration. The manga shows a few more neat feats like Godzilla making explosions that dwarf Mt. Fuji, him detonating an undersea volcano, etc. Video games as well show these hefty fellas moving and fighting very effectively

Heisei has atlest 2 multipliers that get him to 13D, 1 before and 1 after Burning

I've heard somewheres that Godzilla vs Mothra isn't canon to the heisei godzilla timeline, do you consider it to be canon or know that Godzilla was already capable to do such feats that happened in that film. Another thing, Godzilla in the new Godzilla film you mentioned was indeed confirmed to be Godzilla Junior by toho, so GvGR is apart of the HG timeline, I just don't know what year its in since HG's timeline with years is a little complicated considering canonically heisei goji himself lasted until 2019.

Greetings, 2 questions. In the Heisei films, Godzilla is injured several times by weapons made of diamond-hard material. I don't quite understand how this can happen if Godzilla's other durability features actually have to ensure that the diamond breaks. The fact that diamond can penetrate Heisei's skin means that it has less resistance than diamond. At least when it comes to physical damage, Godzilla seems to be more resistant to energy attacks. Is there a logical explanation why it gets damaged by "only" diamond-hard material or is it just inconsistent? umd my second question is about melting the diamond armor. In reality, diamond melts between 4000°-5000° degrees Celsius. But I have often heard that the normal beam from Heisei already reaches 500,000 degrees. Is my information wrong about the heat of Heisei Ray or is this a mistake in the film or is there another reason
There is no such instance. At all. No mere diamond has even tickled Godzilla at all. The reflective artificial diamond mirrors were melted and evaporated whenever Godzilla got more powerful than them so there's nothing there. Why would the factual statement about his ray's heat be wrong, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard, when these fake diamonds were specifically made to counter the beam.

Since Heisei is objectively stated to be stronger than Showa in every way even back to his 84Goji form, he upscales both.

It's been specified that he does actually control his power in attacks, also because of plot convenience. Godzilla vs Mothra shows him break into the planet's core with another monster's face, impressive stuff, and have it be stated multiple times that they can destroy the entire planet. But if they did, show's over.

I stan FW godzilla. Mainly because of how cool his beam and fighting style was and I think he's one of the best godzilla's out there. But he's not beating Heisei. I read somewhere that his AP is dwarf star level so if you can just tell me if it's fax or cap, I would appreciate it. In his earth vs heisei vid GKOTM said that '89 increases heisei's scaling from dwarf star to large star(2.5 FOEs). While the guide he showed did say that 89 is stronger than 84, we don't know by how much do l'm assuming that he used 84 scaling and since it's such a drastic increase he's most likely talking about his durability. One foe=24 tenakilotons, so his durability is 60 tenakilotons, his AP is 10,000x less so we get a 6 quettatons/ tenatons 84 heisei
Meaning that for MV and FW to beat him, we use their higher ends and use their strongest forms.

Yes I heard that before in some different comments but I find that whole conundrum confusing. Even if it's an alien king ghidorah how would it be the showa one if it's a different continuity?

Also, it was stated the Ghidorah they got there genetics from was being controlled by the Kilaaks, and was buried in Mount Fuji, that’s enough proof that it’s Showa Ghidorah.

off topic to the video but it makes me laugh when people (not you) downscale heisei ghidorah after his mind control was severed in his first battle with godzilla. even though it was severed and he was visibly confused, although he was thrown around by godzilla, he broke free and still continued to fight and still did pretty well by holding godzilla in place and STRANGLING him. godzilla only got the upper hand again because of his shear abilities and power with his atomic pulse, and blue spiral ray.

Yeah took his strongest attacks, but then after Godzilla overwhelms him with basic ones.
I mean yeah that may be true, and don't take my word for this since I don't know anything about Heisei scaling and scans and all that jazz, but something tells me that Ghidorah was stronger when he WAS being controlled by the futurians. He just seemed to be doing a whole lot better and seemed stronger. But as soon as that effect wore off Godzilla AUTOMATICALLY overwhelmed him with his physical strength from what I can recall. But that's just my opinion I guess. Although something I did think was weird was that Ghidorah seems to just casually tank Godzilla's atomic breath, he doesn't even react to it up until the blue spiral ray. Maybe scans can explain this?

I’ve always thought final wars would win and here’s why:
In the movie fw takes on many kaijus and deals with them with ease. He also can learn how a certain kaiju works
And how to handle them, he can also do really well in a 2v1 situation. He also sent komunga into space.
But all the monsters he fought save Monster X suck. Zilla died to a building explosion, Kamacuras got impaled on a tower, Ebirah got his eye shot out by laser guns. And all that's while Godzilla's holding back immensely.
That's not impressive. What's a better show of power, kicking 10 bunny rabbits or fighting a bear and winning?

How about 84 Godzilla vs GMK Godzilla?
84 more than likely stomps. GMK shows pretty lackluster durability compared to his level of power. Perhaps it's not quite fair to use Biollante feats since that Godzilla is stronger but we do know 84 Godzilla absorbed a nuclear weapon capable of wiping out the surface of the Earth and empowered himself with it, then in vs Biollante took a stronger beam back at him and was relatively okay.
GMK scales above the original Godzilla, and that's really about it. The original Godzilla has country level feats and scaling from the early Showa era but in comparison it's just not enough
I would hands down agree that Heisei Godzilla is the strongest and most powerful
