Best antidepressant is Chocolate Frosted Flakes With Marshmallows…in a mug. Those latte mugs work especially well. Second best is Froot Loops With Marshmallows. Both with a regular spoon, not the weird long ones. And with a teaspoon, not a tablespoon.
I also use a toaster oven for my Poptarts 🥰
