I have miracle. It's pretty great, but i am not sure how to adjust the plastic piece that moves up and down on the back. This is the most informative video I've seen so far, but it didn't mention adjusting that piece and where it should be. Also should the waste piece be on my actual waste (as a woman) or on my hips? Or the top of my hips? I'm experiencing a numb feeling in the middle of my back while wearing and i know that's not right
