This is Mark who does interviews for Soft White Underbelly. He does short interviews to 45 minutes spans of people from all walks of life. Mostly from Skid Row and how they got to where they are. I recommend checking him out. He does attempt helping some people out but the key is they have to want and put in the work to change themselves.

Sleep deprivation is the stuff of absolute nightmares that fuels all your madness, physical and mental. I did 4 days and honestly was losing time and reality. Edit. The ending isnt how it ends, usually, sleep deprivation cycles end with the "night of madness" where the hallucinations become so real and drastic you end up having to tear apart everything in your room because your walls and rooms are whispering stuff till you finally escape by your brain being fried and sleep for like 2 days 😂 Theres no jumpscare and tbh by the end, you start laughing because you're actutely aware you're going actually insane and that this is all just a mad figment of your imagination. In retrospect, they deserved and earned (in my opinion) everything that they picked out and more. I imagine the film guys made some decent money off their documentary about them. This is Mark who does interviews for Soft White Underbelly. He does short interviews to 45 minutes spans of people from all walks of life. Mostly from Skid Row and how they got to where they are. I recommend checking him out. He does attempt helping some people out but the key is they have to want and put in the work to change themselves.
And he spent enough time with them that they accepted him as a friend, and they turned out to be very nice people and he even goes back occasionally to visit them. The end.

If anyones actually aware of the true horror, its based on sleep deprivation from being overworked. Sleep deprivation is the stuff of absolute nightmares that fuels all your madness, physical and mental. I did 4 days and honestly was losing time and reality.
