If I were Lynne, I would go with Lucy’s instincts as obviously she did. What a lovely lady and an adorable and loyal companion and I wish them all the very best and hope they found the home they were both happy with.
'something we can put our stamp on' ... most houses are the same, on estates or in rows in town ... hang up some paintings you have bought (not prints), line bookshelves with choice volumes & plant specif close to the heart, flowers, bulbs, trees in the garden ... done ...
I am happy Lynne went with Lucy's instinct. I also thought that was the best house for her. I would personally have picked that one too. As for the doctor couple, I preferred the 1st house they saw. While I appreciate houses with character, I would prefer a 3 bedroom house with parking and a garden than a 4 bedroom house without parking or a garden.
I think Lucy just has the zoomies - being on a "short leash" all the time I can only assume she has a lot of pent up energy that comes out like that when she has the chance.
The corruption that runs through this administration is getting scarier. I feel sympathy for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. I appreciate your advice Knox Jarrati, Imagine investing $1000 and receiving $4,200.
Wonderful episode! Phil’s care and attention to Lynne and the lovely Lucy was a joy to watch. Cheers from Saskatchewan. 🇨🇦

Phil you did a wonderful job with Linda. Love Phil and Kristy. Greetings from San Francisco. I would use you guys if I moved to England
Next time I go looking for a home, I'm definitely bringing my dog along.

Deja vu with this episode.
Love you Banijay!
Never miss these.
phil trying to describe lucy’s zoomies made me giggle 😂
Beautiful stained glass windows and original features in that $215k house, so why is no one pointing this out?
MORE of Ireland please!! 😊
'Lucy wants to make an offer.' (Said Lucy being a dog.)
How old is this episode ? The prices are low for 2024. Lucy was Fasinating, DOGS are Smarter than we give them credit for. Cute, Lovely Couple. ❤😊
2016
@@thehungrygoldfish Thank you. 😊

Same, I thought it was obvious that she LOVED that grassy spot and she was excited about it.
I wish they’d have shown Lynne a house with a conservatory like she asked for
She is such a lovely young Lady....lucky man
Чи розумно для Лінн двоповерховий будинок? Мені здається, що для їх зручності все мусить бути на одному рівні!
Wow. Lindsay is fkn amazing!
Why would a blind person want a 2 story house. I'm not blind but I love bungalows.
Is this a repeat?
Noooo! Lucy was saying YES to the house, NOT no!!
Wait, is this from 2016?
How’s Lucy??
