Great video, however I'm not able to replicate the patch I hear with the processing you did. Like there's something else playing you can't see. Still, thanks for diving further into Massive and showing some features.
Honestly Tom , your tutorials are amazing! I'm working on understanding synthesis and its principles, and the small tips and mentalities that you mention are really helpful. I'm gonna buy some of your packs, won't use them but you deserve the support!
This is not possible it's not real, there an additional bass sound that is coming along with the OSC. 2 while you solo it at 4:53 either it has been stacked with a bass track or otherwise it is not possible please show the real thing instead.

Nice tutorial, but i think you have some knobs or settings preset that i dont, because mine sounds like a synth brass :/
omg. this is what i'm looking for. this sound usually used in anime songs for ambient effects
Every time I stumble upon one of your videos I get damn impressed. great work
Great tutorial as always. Got some real F.O.O.L vibes from this one
RIP CPU. great tutorial!
feel ya bro
Can I use two or more instances of Massive in standalone mode?
loving all of these! thanks bud!
I made everything you showed in video but haven't got even a similar sound. What's the problem? :(
You should play it within three or four octaves.
Me too.. it came out extremely different
Load the init patch
what tab do i find this option under?
don't forget to make a new sound. It's the init patch.
What is the extra reverb of Ableton software? I didn't hear it clearly '3' #bigthanks
Yeah mine sounds like an 8bit carousel made of farts
Same problem
YAAAAY FINALLY!!!!!!! Fuckin love you Tom!
Thank you for the tutorial 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Awesome dude. Your Rhodes tut was crazy good too
To clear up some confusion, the exact sound synth hacker created is as much to do with note velocities and chords as it is the synthesis behind it.
Thank you
Very cool. Thank you for this!
Whenever I drag the 5 LFO my DAW crashes.
Very cool sound mate!
This is pretty insane :)
Is this patch part of the 500+ presets? If so, where is it?
glad i found your channel
Where i can find this preset? Help please
Whenever I try to recreate a synth of yours in your tutorial, it never sounds like what you made. HELP!
still doesn't sound the same.. our sounds are more robotic and his are more atmospheric..
really not sounding like that one layer missing
What chords are those
Hey Tom if you could make a synth similar to the drop synth in deon customs sad machine remix or a future bass synth in serum that'd be awesome :D
cpu on it, damnn. sounds sick
Add some KTR on envelope 4, so the high notes will not overbeat the low notes.
how much?
that depends on your mix. on context, on the range of notes you play, on compression, EQ etc you process the sound with.
is anyone guru enough to figure out the exact voicings he plays at 0:14? help a newbie out :D
a lot of us could easily, but we don't want to spend that much time just copying a melody someone else has made
bro u missed smth... i duno what it is but the $@&! I created sound more like a rave synth D:
pls help D:
I totally need this synth for a remix D:
Nice
daymn
