This is the best. I realize this is from 1976 but it just feels so modern. I'd only heard of Ram Dass through references made by movies I'd seen, but had no idea how much charisma this guy has ... also the miracles that he's experienced are intoxicating to hear about.
Thank you. I learned a few things about myself here. I had a mystical experience while I was going to AA meetings because of my forgiving this woman in AA whom I thought was not so nice. The Buddhists would call it nirvana, the christians would call it being washed in the blood and there was a few other things that came with it but I didn't know what it was at the time all I knew that it was just "sobriety" because that's the only reference I had for it but I knew it was way more than that. I'm currently studying A Course In Miracles because everything is all gone now and I'm like Ram Dass was, "a crooked egocentric" that wishes no harm to people. I have found a little forgiveness and mercy for myself as the result of watching and listening to this video. Thank you. 🙏🙏

I discovered ram dass recently and have consumed most of his media. This was great and I’m sure I’ll watch it again. I love his perspective, I’ve really learned a lot. RIP BBRD. I can see it’s all perfect thanks to you.
omg he is so cute and so heartwarming and wonderful - thank you Baba Ram Dass that you came here to earth and share - its so beautiful
This is the best. I realize this is from 1976 but it just feels so modern. I'd only heard of Ram Dass through references made by movies I'd seen, but had no idea how much charisma this guy has ... also the miracles that he's experienced are intoxicating to hear about.
Which movie?
I got to see him a year or two later in Tucson speak to us in similar fashion, Unforgettable
Love this lecture and love Ram Dass! Fantastic, thank you!!
Thank you. 🙏🙏

Love his light. No arrogance. Happy Godself. Be Here Now meant an awful lot to me.
Still does

An hour and six minutes to say...
Not sure really but I love the fact that he took that long to say it and people didn't start grabbing their phones and running out.
Love the human-ness, love the honesty, the openness and honesty that all point to soul and the Devine.
Oh man this was Incredible....jai ho Baba neem karoli Maharaj....jai Baba ram dass

Ram das you have helped me heal so much from so much trauma I love you rip baba ram das you are truly an inspiration 😌🥰❤️🧠👁
thanks so much, this is from abt the time I became a "Ram Dass "head" & went to all the 1/2 day "be-ins" put on for him locally (E. MA) and where ever I traveled & heard he's appear (hrs of yoga, music, chanting, I dont think there was ever food but just abt everything else) NY, VT, WVa, Cali'n AZ... Speaking to him @ one I followed his answ to my Q and moved into several intentional communities (2 eastern spirituality). A good'n solid influence in my life.
Such a beautiful soul! Much thanks for uploading this rare footage.

exactly that popped up in my heart and my mind was what Weasley, viewer of this video, he posted:I "thought I had heard and seen all there was to see of Ram Dass on video/podcast/etc. This is totally new. New stories I hadn't heard before. What a gem. Thank you." !!!Superb
Theres something about a baby laughing along with the other adults which makes this feel like pure joy and revelation is coming out of RamDas's mouth which fills every living thing in the room
Except there is no baby among audience…

I love hin so much ... this is so profound and deep ... today so many youngsters called them spiritual coaches/teachers/mentors ... its ridiculous ... you have to go all the way and during these times they was no social media to copy or chatgpt to create ... this is pure as his soul is. This is why I am still stick to this older guides...
Thank you for sharing this footage. Wow ! I thought too that I had heard/seen all of his lectures. This one was very special., what a story teller & teacher he was; ahead of his time for sure.
I so love this. I can tell early day stories of my Guru like this. Hilariously, honestly raw and true

His smile is contagious.
Just when I thought I had seen all of him. Thank you so much for this gift.
I was wondering who comments here. Who else is watching these. There’s a lot of knowledge, including overlapping in other ideas from other places. I appreciate his contributions and enjoy these videos/recordings. Best, Tyler in New Jersey
