It's only been a month, but is the acrylic paint still holding the spackle together or have you noticed it wanting to be brittle or cracking? What kind of paper did you use to adhere the wrapping paper gingerbread men ?? Was it wax paper???
Hi Marla, I used faux leather from the Dollar Tree with a thick coat of Mod Podge. Allow it to dry completely and then I adhered the wrapping paper cut-outs to the faux leather with my mini easy press (iron) and some parchment paper (DT does have this too). Don't use wax paper. It will make a lot of smoke. The parchment paper just protects your iron from getting glue on it. Hope this helps and thank you for asking. Tfw and I hope you have a fantastic rest of your week.
