- A dad who suffered a brain injury just days after receiving a British-developed COVID vaccine has told Sky News he would never have had the jab if he had known of the risk of rare but serious side effects.
Jamie Scott, who has two young boys and is now unable to work, is suing AstraZeneca for what he says is damage caused by the jab in April 2021.
He alleges the pharmaceutical giant exaggerated the vaccine's effectiveness and downplayed its risks.
AstraZeneca denies the claims made against them.
In a statement, it said: "Our sympathy goes out to anyone who has lost loved ones or reported health problems. Patient safety is our highest priority and regulatory authorities have clear and stringent standards to ensure the safe use of all medicines, including vaccines.
"From the body of evidence in clinical trials and real-world data, the AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine has continuously been shown to have an acceptable safety profile and regulators around the world consistently state that the benefits of vaccination outweigh the risks of extremely rare potential side effects."

There is a point of law mentioned in a recent JC interview:
It is illegal to use a GMO on humans without GMO specific safety trials. These are very time consuming and were not applied to divoc seniccav before they were administered to the UK population.
The MHRA knew United Kingdom GMO legal definitions applied to Pfizer and Moderna. But both Pfizer and Moderna applied for marketing approvals under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 which exempted them from having to undergo a GMO Risk Assessment. And because of that exemption neither company had to mention on the Product Information that their products contain GMOs even though the seniccav satisfy the legal definitions.
It is possible to bring a class action prosecution of the UK health minister as it is actually illegal and forbidden by law to use GMOs on humans without lengthy and complex risk assessments and trials.

People who did not take the vaccines had only covid once and the ones who took had covid 3-4 times. Data shows that death rate has increased after the use of vaccines. Scientific studies are published showing the dangerous side effects these vaccines are causing. Pharma funded media and doctors will keep on telling that these happen to only a few when the reality is that it is affecting everyone. The cases are being suppressed by these corrupted pharma companies so that people will take their products even though their lives are in danger.

No it isn't. They stopped using the astrazeneca vaccine within months due to blood clots, nobody denied this and everyone was aware of it. Guy in this clip was almost certainly made aware of the risks. I think he should be compensated regardless, but the warnings were there.

My mother died with a massive heart attack after four days of taking the covishield vaccine.
My mom died with heart and kidney failure after 3 of the poisonous shots.
My dad died two weeks after his booster but I think he actually had covid. He went to the ER, they didn’t test him for anything, they sent him home with steroids & he died at his kitchen table that night.
If the hospital hadn’t been in a covid denying state they would have at least tested him.

Rill. Yes it is very sad, but thousands, it seems bought into this vile propaganda. I thought everybody knew that a vaccine is taken for the benefit of the recipient, not others. If the assumption is that the vax offers full protection, then anyone vaxxed is not at risk from the unvaxxed. If the elderly around him were vaxxed, his vax status was irrelevant, he couldn't have caused them any harm. The Authorities that issued that advice were contradicting normal medical practice, and in doing so caused division in communities on a level never before experienced. Another action verging on criminality, like most of the decisions taken on Covid management.

I also see plenty of similar comments from others, as well as reports on all the sportsmen and women, and celebrities who are dying alarmingly young. I smelled a rat at the start of the vaccine roll out when I read the pharmacy companies wanted immunity from prosecution if there were harmful side affects from their vaccines. That suggested to me that they themselves weren't sure the vaccine was safe.

Some of our employers have amnesia after demanding deadlines to take "it" multiple times and mass noncompliance. I'm sure they didn't fire people due to the paycheck protection program. If that wasn't in place they'd have fired everyone who didn't comply and turn around and try to rehire once things cooled down.

I had a numb leg maybe 20 mins after moderna shot. My arm that they injected got numb at the centre and I mentioned it to a guy there and he shrugged me off, then on my way home my leg got numb in the same way and my muscles in that leg were sore for days. That went away but I'm convinced that my immune system suffered, I was constantly sick for a year, including getting covid twice. I never got covid before the jab despite living in London and interacting with a lot of people. I really hope that we will get some answers and acknowledgement and that we won't fall for it ever again
i had arm pain immediately after AZ, it continued and on 4th day, blood clots blocked my lungs, followed by lungs/heart issues, 3 yrs since and not healed yet, whenever felt like doing bit better -> suddenly gets worser than before, this is my cycle of life currently, had no health issue till mid 30s in life and suddenly this happenned,

The risk of blood clots was very widely reported once known. Medical centres kept people on site for 15 minutes after taking the jab to make sure they had no side effects.

A-z was mandated in australia for the over 60s towards the end of 2021 and then QUIETLY pulled from use in March 2023 after many countries had already banned it. The adverse events are considered rare because the doctors are too afraid to report them - the neurologists I saw were never going to admit the possible link.

The moment I discovered the pharmaceutical companies involved had been given immunity from liability, I avoided all of their products. Literally a license to print money with zero liability regarding effectiveness and safety - something the likes of Sky News should have been investigating thoroughly, but didn't.

After having the Pfizer booster in Nov 21, I was rushed to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, and diagnosed with Aortitis, it is so rare that they had never seen it before. I now have heart problems, fatigue, am on meds to suppress my immune system etc. On the day of discharge a junior doctor said to me, it will be 20 to 30 years before we know all the side effects of these vaccines!

I feel so angry for all those lost in care homes. For all the very sick and severely disabled, and the very scared people who cared for them and had the jab because they couldn't be sure, and wanted to protect them. All these poor people who didn't have a choice, many of whom died 😔

It had been so rare that governments had declared states of emergency that many did so without considering they would be liable for damages. Many were forced against their will to take this shot. That makes a lot of people responsible. If any of the victims find the archived reports at the National Library of Medicine in Bethesda MD of the many reports of the first recorded outbreak of Covid in 2003 and how quickly and efficiently it was stopped without vaccines they will easily win every lawsuit.
