- I installed a Advanblack chin spoiler on my softail Low rider ST. The job was simple yet a flaw in design made life extremely hard to get it mounted. The outcome is really cool !!!

Hi 👋 Sandy , it looks great, but I would have of slotted the top mount on the Chin Spoiler, so I didn’t have to take the nut and blot out, or even change the bolts for round heads , stainless steel or black stainless, , but all in all, I think it looks very nice,

I have a 21 Softail Standard and have started doing several upgrades as you have. Your videos describe the operations very well. I don't have a HD but I think it cleans up the oil cooler area and ties it in!
Tractor Supply would carry replacement bolts for your stripped ones or you could get a tap and die set from Harbor Freight and clean up the HD bolts with a die.
What a royal pain of an install! Yes, Sandy, I agree the look is "killer," but I'm not sure it's that much better than if you simply painted to match the body and then reinstalled the oil cooler frame that you had to remove. In any case, I suggest you acquire a tap and die set to restore those pesky stripped threads. Cheaper, faster, and more convenient than searching for replacements - especially at HD prices. Great to see you back on video. Enjoy the ride north.

You could have just cut it like the way you saying manufacturer display in website. In that way it be easier to just tight the nut bolt without removing them completely.
Sandy do you think the Chin Spoiler would have fit with your old Harley Flat Out Bar back when you had it on ? I ordered the Chin Spoiler but im sure hoping it fits with my flat out bar ...crossing my fingers 🤞.

Nice install, while" stylin ", with those socks and shoes. The bike looks good, but you need a little tan on those ghost posts. LOL😁
Did you have the recall on the rear shock absorber bolt. I understand they upgraded it to 5/16 grade 8. Do you know the specifics of the bolt like the thread and length? Thanks

I have those bolts new from HD. I bought extras because there's non in stock. I can send you a couple if you need them just let me know

I just removed the clutch cover AND both the bolts stripped… so I thought but in fact it was the flimsy aluminum cover. Harley has to order everything at my dealership. I have those bolts, if you need them I mail to you just let me know…cheers John

Sandy, hows that saddle man seat with the tuck and roll, pretty comfortable? I’m told the tuck and roll is way more comfortable then the diamond pattern like johns.
I just came back from a 1 day 500 mile ride during the Break In period! No problem. Very comfortable
