This home is incredible and I’m super impressed with where you’ve come from in just one year of doing this!! You should be proud of this video ❤
Thank you Lyd! ❤️ couldn’t do it with out you!
I actually have been installing shower glass and mirrors for the local and all residential area. I did this house in April 12 2005 i did all the showers and custom glass work. Cabinets and IG panel for the backdoors
Insane man. So stoked how this all came together!
You are a legend Danny. Loved working with you guys!
Thank you for being apart of it man! More to come for sure
80m Is Insane, If I Had It I’m Not Sure I’d Do It.
I would love to explore the possibilities with that kinda money, if I built it to my personal liking, seeing as I love high tech automations, sci-fi and have a cat, I'd make it into a futuristic self-sustaining home that imbedes itself into a hillside, perhaps build it near a waterfall so the man cave is literally a cave that feeds out to the waterfall. And catify the f^%k out of it, so that a cat can enjoy the nuts and crannies of the whole house, I'd install sensors throughout the cat tunnels and such so if they're hiding away you can figure out where in the house they are.
I'd remove tvs from the home but include a gaming room that's a part of the man cave, with computers and ps5's, tvs, and opposite end to the man cave a soundproof movie room with luxury in mind, make the entire wall into a massive 8k micro-LED screen, a full surround sound system with speakers on the ceiling, and a few corridors of 8k blu-ray movies... and an onboard computer system that plays the movie theater system, with several terabytes of data storing more high definition movies.
I'd also make the movie theater shaped in a more circular shape than square for better acoustics, and finally I'd design a lot of the house with practicality in mind, so cleaning is simplified while having elegance in mind so it's physically appealing but easy to clean and maintain, so you don't need mutliple cleaners going over the house every week spending hours cleaning everything because it's so big sophisticated.
It would be a lot of fun to work with an architect to developing such a house, so many of these rich houses hit similar luxury strides but don't work very well on practicalities.
For example, if in a cold climate, I'd make a pool that feeds from the inside to the outside, the hot pool would be long so that you can have a hot spa inside, or outside, or stay warm walking from the outside into the inside without needing to get out of the water.
Otherwise like with this property with the pool being so far away, I'd include a heating system on the floor that acts as both a subtle dryer, nothing strong enough to blow away a towel or give you an unwelcoming breeze undernear if you chose to go nudist, but enough to keep you warm walking back to the house, and help you dry off on your way back.
That way you can enjoy the hot tub even in the dead of winter, get out and walk back, still cozy and warm with minimal discomfort from the cold.
$80m would be so much fun to invest into a home, I'm all for a home that doesn't hold out on making life be the most luxurious, that when you're home you would love to be put back into lockdown, it feeds you nothing but conveniences, and being self-sustaining and low maintenance means it's very low energy costs if any at all, it's easy to clean, everyday life is simplifid.
So if you wanted to run things without a caretaker, you could.
A lot of these places are built inefficiently and so the upkeep costs are usually pretty high too, they're a fortune to run, and so they tend to do better as holiday homes than an actual home because they're so expensive to maintain properly, they're more bent on being arty than practical, so if you stay there short-term, the design flaws can be ignored for their distracting art pieces, but if you live the mid-long term, they'll start to become obvious and annoying, especially for the price you'll be paying to stay there.
This was a big read @@philipwilliams6307
@@philipwilliams6307 🚩 I like the way You think ~ lovely home ideas! Also, I'll bring the popcorn for all the movies (🌸❛ ᴗ ❛)╭🍿🎞️📽️

Luv your videos
I want those windows and sliding doors in my house 😂😂😭 I’m so serious. I’m in love with them. 😂😂😭
the camera guy is really doing a great job! But still miss you and your gf with an iphone lmao
She’s still in charge haha
One day
Aspen is incredible to just visit as well!
Absolutely crushed this homie. Loved working on this project together 💪🏼
Same here!
Nice job and a stunning home. Are you going to be touring any other Aspen homes?
Hopefully! Will be in Colorado again here in a few weeks
Why do these guest bedrooms always look way nicer than the shit where I've been sleeping in the past 10 years? xD
Great episode. But you should much more longer videos like Enes
Thank you!
So, presumably $80M is the ask. Best of luck with that.
Not crazy about the home and those ceilings. It's definitely made for Colorado. Lived there, never liked it. To each his own. Good job on the videos you do, Gavren.
Appreciate you!
whyd you not like it?
@@ShailPM the house or Co.?
I agree. Sharp edges, seems very cold. IMO I do however LOVE the 20M one in AZ he did. I’m ready to move in lol
After seeing the Arizona Estate for 20M i just dont see estates like thing being worth 20M. I understand certain areas cost more. But ill take the Arizona estate over all that I've seen!
Who told you there were no bugs in Colorado 😂
Nice house but it feels like literally nothing matches lol
"There are no bugs here in Colorado"
What is this guy talking about lol
20 mill max
No way it's even worth 1/2 the ask.
Geeez, this guy needs to bring an expert/builder or realtor that knows the actual details of the building… 😂🤣 I’d appreciate no commentary VS this….
vail is nice if ur 67
Beautiful home , but No way that’s worth 80 million. People making up prices as they go along these days.
Sadly colorado housing market is insane. Just an average family home in a small city is normally 500k so because of the location, and most likely land and all the anemidenties most likely some with the money would buy it. It might come with the art as well.
🙄 you would think if your job, entailed showing homes off and filming them; you would take the time to learn all the proper names of all the product and details of home building. To make sure you know what your talking about on camera… Just a thought!
I was just thinking the exact same thing. I didn't even finish the video as I couldn't handle listening to him verbally destroy the craftsmanship in this home. So much cliche. He needed the builder to walk with him before he recorded. He would have passionately enlightened him.
Chill man it is not like a sacred thing everyone makes mistakes
If there's no need for accountability, why bother?
Jesus, Mary, & Joseph...
Haha thanks for watching
Hard pass.
do not like. doesn't work with all of that artwork. It's like less put everything in a home that we can't sell.
外国人能买吗?😂
This dude is a joke
