Hey Guys, Major MB for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Alfa Romeo 159 with the 1.9 JTDm engine with 150bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
This car is amazing, It as a lot of torque, beautiful italian car!

Looks better than a lot of new cars. The 159 is timeless, even with its faults. I'd love to drive one someday.
It needs repairing every other day so you wouldn't drive it for long anyway

@@markkarm9253 Actually true the 1.9jtdm is one of the most realiable diesel in his class with good maintenance you could actually go 400-500k easily on an original engine

Yes i really love this car, it is really fun to drive but it is quite comfortable also if you want to do highway driving for hours 😉

Wow this 159 is in good shape. I can see some things that the 159 seems to share with a Passat like this balsy key, good looking speedometer but then there's this nice cool interior design (silver pastic never looks good in my opinion) the leather seats oil pressure clocks. If this interior would be a little more modern dang that thing would have been a banger just like the Gulia right now ^^

Its aluminium, my Brother owns one with the same engine etc and off camera it has this carbon style aluminium

Bonjour, sur les Alfa Romeo 159 vitesse est vraiment très très dur, ce n'est pas la meilleure boîte en terme de douceur et le verrouillage c'est pareil malheureusement...

What is handling like of this Alfa,is it sporty?
Yes, alfas are sporty feeling cars with good tight handling, especially on the back. It depends a bit by the trim you choose, but overall all are well handling machines, with in some cases multi link independent suspension on the four wheels
@@ChiTuSai Not really the case with the 159 tho. It's heavy weight is really noticeable in corners.

Devi far cambiare l’olio e chiedere di appuntarlo sulla centralina
Oppure schiaccia con la chiave inserita l’acceleratore fino in fondo schiaccia il freno 7 volte fino in fondo dopo tieni solo lacceleratore per 1 minuto dopo accende l’auto l’olio si checka e dopo lampeggia 5 volte e devi rispegnerla e accenderla è finito

For me JTDM 1.9 120HP Diesel and it's about 8,4. In catalogue average fuel usage is 7,4 or something but I don't think it's measured "in the city" :|

Diesel consumes less , i heard that they are even more reliable, i can only say i have no problem with my 166 2.4 diesel.

@@omarahamid1806 As long as you get the 1.7 Ti or the one shown in this video with the JTD's you're fine. The other trash JTS engines from General Motors are the ones you should avoid.
