Aussie eye fillet cooked blue is an absolute treat. Don't try it with the fattier cuts, but as a black Angus farmer you're missing out if you haven't tried it. Just make sure for food safety you cook it after one hour out of fridge on all edges as only they have the exposure to possible ecoli bacteria, thus rendering it safe and delicious.

I don't have the meat as a steak though but I totally love it thin-sliced in my stir fries with Chinese greens+mushrooms, or steam-cooked with a bit of salt, pepper and of course, GINGER, now that's gold for any red meat to be steamed. But of course food tastes is personal so it really depends on individuals.What I can really say is that our appetite tends to change with time, so you might like it better as you get older. Good luck with overcoming the roo meat's smells (if you are still getting a go at it ^-^)!

Anyway since you guys have been a source of my go to for some of my trying times, and in viewing your energy and your happy journeys, has made me happy as well. Particularly whenI see Abee, I remind myself: I was once that exuberant young young girl once too, now it makes me be more thankful of those days seeing them in her. It may seem like a strange way of experiencing past things I am thankful now, seeing myself then in others, giving me the opportunity to be thankful now! It’s somewhat wonderfully plus for me, I’m going 60 now and longing for younger days passed.

It just like Korean style restaurant. In Korea, they call it bucher's restaurant which is cheungyukjum sikdang. You can easliy find one anywhere in Korea, it just one way of having korean bbq.

This is a quality of produce not a quantity of produce. Sure you can get 1Kg rump or rib-eyes but nothing like a marbled piece of aged meat to concentrate that meaty goodness flavour.

I was surprised by how expensive the meat was, I mean the stuff we have in NSW I could get all that for under $50 at the local butcher. But yes, we have an amazing culture of steak here, kinda scary ngl (⌒▽⌒)

Now go to regional australia and go to a "country" butcher (Tamworth, Dubbo, Wagga). You may have to cook it yourself but the flavour and tenderness will be at another level.
I have lived in the central United States all of my life, and we are surrounded by amazing cattle ranchers! They have great pride in taking care of their cows and they are well cared for! I’m biased, but, a grilled KANSAS CITY STRIP is one of the best! 🐂 I’ve never been to Australia, but think their steak looks pretty dang good, too! ♥️♥️ I was relieved when you ordered them medium-rare! You will actually be able to taste the beef simply like it is…NO SAUCES!

Our local corner hotel does a $12 mushroom gravy porterhouse with the most amazing chips and salad every wednesday! so so good!

The main difference is Australian beef does not contain hormones.
